Luna was still sleeping with a smile on her face when someone opened the curtain, drawing the sun in. She groaned, turning in her sleep.
"Wake up, girl. You've been sleeping like a log," Marla said, standing next to the window.
"Get out of my room. I was having a good sleep, and you're ruining it," Luna groaned, not opening her eyes.
"Ahh, you better had been sleepin' good! You was smilin' in yo' sleep like somebody done gave yo' candy! Git yo' tail up!" Aaliyah said, removing the duvet and making Luna sit up.
"Get your black ass out of my bed, Aaliyah," Luna said, glaring at her friend.
"Come get me out yo' bed, sis!" Aaliyah said, laughing as the door opened and another lady walked in with pancakes, syrup, and fruits. She bit down on an apple.
"Looks like someone's grumpy early in the morning," she said, sitting down.
"Sam, can you tell Aaliyah not to tease me so early in the morning?" Luna complained.
"Liyah, leave the girl alone and get your black ass out of her bed," Sam said, as Aaliyah rolled her eyes.
Marla shook her head, going to the bed. She folded her arms, looking down at Luna.
"What? Why are you looking at me like that? What did I do wrong?" Luna asked, looking at Marla.
"Spill!" Marla shouted, as Luna groaned.
"What's it with you women? Don't you all have stuff to do?" Luna asked, sighing.
"Sam, how does your husband feel about you leaving him early in the morning?" Luna asked, as Sam blew raspberry.
"Oh please, I've given half my life to that man. One morning won't kill him," Sam said.
"What about you, Liyah? I thought Steve still couldn't keep his hands off you?" Luna asked.
"Steve ain't my man, he's just someone I'm kickin' it with. Now spill the tea, bitch, we ain't got all day!" Aaliyah said, as Luna sighed, covering her face with her hands.
"Jesus Christ, I can't believe you all are my friends," Luna said, getting out of bed.
"Where are you going?" Marla asked.
"Chill, I'm going to get coffee, and then you can all have your way," Luna said, leaving the room.
"Yah!" Sam exclaimed, rejoicing, as they all left the room.
