Chapter -1.
"Han Jue, age 21 cultivation realm 9th stage of body foundation realm; failed."
A loud voice of the elder echoed in the large ground where the outer disciple of the Sky Sword sect has gathered; currently in this large ground a certain assessment test was being conducted to see wether many of the outer disciple of the sect were even worthy to feed and keep in the sect; and unfortunately Han Jue who had joined the sect nine years ago at the age of twelve finally was about to kicked out of the sect; since he was unable to achieve a breakthrough in his cultivation.
This assessment test held every five years was really a high wall to overcome; though the first wall he had managed to overcome pretty easily but this time he had no other choice but to accept his defeat.
"Seems like Senior Brother Han is finally getting kicked out."
"Haha, that's right, once a genius among outer sect disciples now he will be nothing but trash living among mortals."
'the disciples who used to flock around me few years ago licking even dirt under my shoes, now are enjoying my downfall; people of this cultivation world are really strange.' shaking his head in dejection and making his way back to his outer disciple shack Han Jue couldn't help but cast a murderous look at all those who were badmouthing him, while remembering their faces.
If fate presented an opportunity to him, he will surely rip their hearts out of their chest for mocking him; though he wasn't a villainous guy; but people like those who have two faces, he hates them most.

"Brother Han, How did it go? did you manage to pass the assessment test?" Just as Han Jue walked out of his outer disciple shack after packing his stuff, A beautiful blonde appeared with a smile on her face; however the moment she noticed the small cloth pack he was holding behind his shoulder Li Na realised what outcome Han Jue had seen in the assessment test.
Seeing Li Na expression becoming somewhat dull, Han Jue couldn't help but fell a pang of pain in his heart, this woman and he had a great relationship over this nine years; though at some point both of them were called genius among the outer sect disciples but after those nine years the difference between their cultivation realm had become quite vast.
"Well Senior Sister Li it was nice knowing you and having the opportunity to cultivate alongside; now i should leave." Though Han Jue had many things he wanted to say here, since deep down he had feelings for this woman; however now realising the difference between their worlds, he felt it was best to not let out those personal feelings; so after nodding his head to the beautiful woman in front of him who was staring at him blankly with her green eyes, he began to made his way past her.
but just before he could walk past her, Li Na suddenly extended her hand and clutched on his shoulder tightly, at the same time making him realise the sheer gap between their strengths.
"Brother Han, is there something you want to say to me before you depart?" Li Na, with her locked onto Han Jue's asked.
Han Jue seeing her beautiful eyes felt mesmerized, his heart beat increasing all of a sudden, but just then when he was about to push his head forward to do something he would regret; he managed to pull himself back and said, "No, there's nothing."
Just as those words fell out of Han Jue's mouth, he for a moment felt Li Na's grip tightening on his shoulder but then she let of his hand and then saying, "If that's the case then i'll take my leave." she without even looking back disappeared in distance.
Han Jue sighing as he knew what he had lost just now shook his head, and then began to make his way toward the exit of the sect while being oblivious to the fact that Li Na was still looking at him while hiding in some corner with a pout on her face.

Lan Ye City.
Lan Ye city was the city nearest to the Sky Sword Sect, and since Han Jue's resources were too scarce he only had three digit of spirit stone on him at the moment. those spirit stones too were saved by him after realising that there was no way for him to breakthrough the Body Foundation realm and step foot into QI Refining realm.
Though for a cultivator those amount of spirit stones weren't that much, but in this mortal world he could buy a mansion and marry a beautiful wife and lead a good life; and this was what he was going to do now and that's why he was standing in front of a brokers shop.
"Welcome dear guest." As Han Jue still clad in his cultivation robe made his way toward the door of the shop; the guard standing outside greeted him with an utmost request while opening the door for him.
walking inside the shop, he was greeted with a great scent of incense and then saw a fat middle aged man sitting in the middle of the shop behind the mahogany wooden table; the moment that man's eyes fell onto Han Jue for a moment sign of gold taels appeared in his eyes, but quickly adjusting his expression he stood up from his chair almost causing an earthquake in shop and greeted Han Jue, "Welcome, Welcome dear guest; you've come to a right shop; may i ask what kind of property are you looking to buy?"
Han Jue Studied the shop owner's expression and nodded his head with satisfaction; the cultivator robe he was wearing was really doing wonders for him, "wether this shop is perfect option or not will be decided by me; anyway i am looking to buy a mansion instead of any simple property; since you're boast-full i believe you'll have one."
"Mansion?" Seeing the stern expression on the young man face the shop owner adjusted his earlier behavior and then strengthening his back he said, "Of couse we have one sir, but the owner of that mansion wants the payment in another means."
