Synopsis
Dragons used to hunt humans. They had scales tougher than steel, magic overflowing, and stood at about 18 feet tall. But then, a mysterious hero who we might never meet taught humans anti-magic, a much more powerful form of gathering energy and using it. To put simply, extracting the energy from atoms that keeps electrons rotating, putting your own signature on the energy, and infusing it into other objects to control them(think avatar). It also allowed them to stop using mana, something that they had little of compared to dragons. The best part was anti-magic was exclusive to humans. The war was suddenly balanced, and dragons and humans were equals. So they divided up into two territories. Neither side wanted to leave the war empty-handed, so they made an agreement. 80% of dragons would be on their main territory, and the other 20% would be cast to the humans as slaves. Humans did the same. (Humans enslaved 20% of dragons and kept 80% of their own kin, while they cast 20% themselves to the remaining 80% of dragons to be slaves. it's complex till you get it.) And that is the prequel. But what happens when an enslaved human who attempts escaping ends up with his life in the hands of a dragon who just escaped his captivity? WARNING: There is soft vore(swallowing whole without digestion) in here. It is not for those who cannot handle it. I do encourage you to give it a try though, as this tale is not vore-centric. The vore in here is Dragon eating a human.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1:Micheal

*Clack* *Clack* *Clack*

My footsteps sound deathly loud as I board the plane. Darn it. Why do my footsteps make so much noise?!? The border guides, an illegal group trying to help humans, is setting up an plane for a lucky few, one of them being me, to cross the border.

I think we all know it by now. Humans hate dragons, and vice versa. Unless you're a dragon who's able to exploit 20 percent of the human population without a care in the world. I'm one of those unlucky 20 percent. Stupid war. Stupid deal.

After finding a good seat, I promptly sit down and pray this isn't my last day. Ever since the war between humans and dragon came to a compromise, a fifth of the humans were to be enslaved by dragons, and a fifth of dragons by humans. That was the deal that 80 percent of the populations on either side. "Saved." It's such a wonderful, horrible word. What consequences are to be made for us to be "saved" from each other. I'm outta here.

The plane engine roars to life, startling me and shaking me out of my trance-like thoughts. I swear, thinking of a backstory is almost hypnotic. I wish my parents just weren't too stubborn to come, to risk it all for freedom. GAH!! I did it again. I feel the rush of G-forces go through my body upon the liftoff of the plane. There are about 20 of us here, all wanting to be free. I mean, the most clothing you get here in dragon-ville is sackcloth. It's so horrible that before puberty hits, most kids just run around naked. Then at about 8 they put it on and you can hear the complaining run rampant. Dragons, I ponder, why art thou so cruel…

Maybe, someday, I can become more than just a slave when I reach the human cities. Anti-magic guards, dragons who serve you, and best of all, nobody, and I mean nobody, telling you what to do.

It's been about an hour or so, and the plane is gliding along gently. There are a couple people not from the city helping us, a couple of flight attendants and a pilot. This plane can hold up to 50 people, after all. The flight attendants pass out parachutes in case of emergency and provide us with some food and water. Huh, it's good. Unlike anything I've ever tasted! (A/N: it's just some heated-up instant oatmeal along with some milk and water) It's amazing. I hope I can eat just like this for the rest of my life!

I jolt out of my sleep, waking up to the sound of red flashing, alarms blaring, and-my breath stops short-roaring in the distance. As I was processing everything, the pilot blares over some loudspeakers, " THIS IS NOT A DRILL DRAGONS ARE TRAILING US! GET READY TO JUMP! WE WILL BE LOWERING OUR ALTITUDE, SO TAKE YOUR CHANCE WHENEVER YOU SEE AN OPENING!" I feel panic rise in my chest. Wait… I tell myself, I need to calm down. "I CAN'T WAIT AND CALM DOWN!!!" A man shouts, before jumping out. About 20 seconds later we hear a scream, no, a plea for help from what seems to be a dragon eating him. The scream is cut short and a moment of horror and silence is shared. Though it is quickly cut short when a flight attendant screams "THE ENGINE IS ON FIRE!!! STOP WAITING!!! JUMP!!!" Along with a stampede of others, we rush to the exit, and jump. Two or three dragons are waiting, snapping up some of the unfortunate souls. Thank goodness… I'm so lucky… My parachute then decides to jynx me.
