"Well that should work for now" says Ariel after shifting to look very humanoid but with scales and his tail "hey system would I be allowed in like this?" The main system replies "you would almost not be allowed in but you could" and so Ariel traveled to the village looking like a lizard-man with green scales Well he entered the village after a small stoppage the village was bustling with people stone brick roads houses with one or two stories stalls trading things all over the place occasionally a wagon rolls by basically the standard big fantasy town but less fantasy more historical other than the occasional magic or demi-human and Ariel strolls around getting a lay of the land and looks around a certain building he couldn't read the sign but he is sure it's an adventurer guild which the system told him is the first place he should enter
and upon entering he finds it to look like a pub on the first floor with some booths with employees in them and a quest board in the corner he sees a staircase but decides "I should sign up with the guild before anything else" so he walks toward a booth-desk with just an employee at it and says to the woman at the counter "hey, I would like to join the guild what should I do" she replies "Well you will have your level measured and you will have to fill out this paper" he asks "how do I measure my level here?" She replies with "you place your hand on this crystal ball" and so he does, she replies to seeing the Level "Okay level 15... LEVEL FIFTEEN why is your level so high?!" Ariel replies "Well I had a bit of practice also that level is off by 4 levels" "Well sir your level would make you worthy of starting as a d rank but everyone has to start as g rank.
