It was early in the morning, the frost was still in the air. Our group was ready to start their adventure. Besides, Owen was on duty till morning eventually he just went to get his stuff. However, Alex went somewhere. He left the letter on the table that said: "I went to get something, I will be at the entrance at 5 and 30 wait for me outside." Three of them waited for Alex but he was late, which was pretty strange of him.
"Where is that twink? He said 5:30 AM ." Owen gasped
"Where did he even go? The sun has risen half an hour." Danny asked curiously but he was more worried about the situation.
"Will you two ever shut up? I can't believe he left me with you two. " Vanessa sighed
"I'm surviving every day with this nerdy bitch, It's hard life." Again Danny's actions were faster than Owen's mouth, another hit was given to Owen in the head.
"STOP HITTING ME. " Owen shouted.
"Never." Danny replied.
"You look even gayer with that hair." Owen started.
"At least I don't look like a bowling pin." Danny responded with a laugh.
"Wait until Alex sees you." Vanessa interrupted.
"Little does she know." Danny whispered.
"Wait...you don't even know how to hold scissors properly." Owen objected and looked at his friend who was trying not to smile.
"....you." Vanessa turned to side to face Danny but then a miracle happened for him. The sound of the vehicle could be heard, coming closer and closer until they saw a car and Alex driving it right frothe m wood. He turned it off and went out, both Danny's and Owen's jawlines were opened after they saw a military car right in front of them.
"Took you a while." Vanessa gasped. Her reaction wasn't even a little similar to guys, she kind of expected something like this from Alex.
"Sorry, it took me more time to connect wires then I thought." Alex explained
"Where the fuck did you manage to hide a car?" Owen asked.
"A master never reveals his tricks, and what are you waiting for? Invitation? Get those things in back." Alex
They put some things in the back such as a first aid kit, a box of water, and a box of weapons. The weapons Alex has collected were from dead soldiers and even his dad's hunter shotguns. There were some riffles, pistols, hunter knives, axes, and even one sniper. So before they get in the car, the roles should be given.
"You still good with Picado Dan?" Alex asked
"Yeah, but why is-" Danny was cut in his words due to catching sniper with his hands that Alex throw at him.
"I'll show you how to open it later." Alex
A small smile could be seen on Danny's face because within 10 second Danny opened and closed the sniper by checking if it was full, while Alex stood there in disbelief.
"How do you know that?" Alex could never expect this to happen.
"I served the military for a short time." Danny
"PFFF you were in military, since when do they need a comedy performer in the military." Vanessa mocked his statement.
"Yes, princess we were, but I was playing with rifles more. He didn't want to." Owen explained.
"And what was your role?" Alex asked Danny.
"I was a driver." Danny replied but Vanessa couldn't wait to continue mocking him.
"What idiot gave you a car to crash." Vanessa
"A tank. I drove a tank, not a car." Danny corrected Vanessa and swung his hand in the air. He wanted to be dramatic at the moment with his long hair but he forgot that it's not long anymore.
"A terror, in free time he would chase with a tank. " Owen interrupted.
"You are welcome since you were slower then snail on those tracks." Danny commented.
" Pretty interesting. " Alex took one AK47 and give it to Owen since it's basic rifle he could handle. For himself, he took an AR15 and a small pistol like a G20. Vanessa had a G20 also and a knife, since she would be protected every time and stay mostly safe.
"And where should I put my bag?" Vanessa stood near the car waiting for an answer.
"Have it with yourself, put it under the seat." Alex
"How will I drive?" Vanessa
"You are not driving." Alex replied. As a matter of habit, he quickly covered his head because he knew Vanessa was going to throw something at him as soon as he saw the displeased look on her face. She threw a lighter at him, which bounced off him.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME, YOU WILL LET THAT RAT DRIVE. " Vanessa yelled at him. Danny was already in a car sitting in the driver seat. Yet, Owen was already lying on back seat with all his length.
"You will get to sleep more, look at it with the bright side." Alex stepped closer to Vanessa and hugged her tightly, patting her head.
"You faggot, the biggest faggot.... And did you decide that yesterday with someone huh? " Vanessa poked Alex and winked at him, starting her game of teasing.
"Vanessa just get in a car, you will drive later." He replied but then came closer to her "Do not start Vanessa." Alex whispered.
"Did you decide it while you two were cutting or maybe pulling hair?" Vanessa whispered
"Shut your damn mouth, it's not funny." Alex whispered and showed her with an arm to get in a car.
"Sure it's not." She whispered back. But then she moved closer to car and opened the door of the back seat. "It's not as funny as it was for you yesterday, right Harding? " Vanessa asked and sat in car, teasing Danny as well. Danny heard that but he didn't respond. Or talk about what happened yesterday and what should have been talked about.
"A child." Alex sighed
"A bottom! " Vanessa yelled through a closed car since she knew what Alex would say. Making Owen giggle about it and leaving Danny with a blank face. Meanwhile, Alex was still outside showing her a middle finger. And for last time looked at the factory that saved them for this time. It was like a second home to him since he knew this place from childhood.
Vanessa opened the door behind and showed him the middle finger and before closing it yelled "COME IN FAGGOT". Without taking more time he went to the other side to sit on the passenger seat. With a map, coordination, and stolen Fuel from the market, they made their way to F3. The ride was calm since both Owen and Vanessa fell asleep at the back. There was complete silence between Alex and Danny and no one of them took the courage to break it. It seems that Danny will need more time to forget about yesterday's little accident and take things easier. But that's what stayed the same as before, the cause of Alex's worries.
