"You freaking... come at me"
Seeing no more escape and already trap on this floor Vale gave himself a final push and fight this steel pole welding madman through the end.
Vale dash towards the glass balcony of the 2nd floor preparing to jump over it and die with the steel pole welding madman chasing 2 meter behind him.
"Follow me to the other world bastard"
Vale's gives the pole madman a middle finger before jumping off the balcony railings and the pole madman seeing itits prey jump it also excitedly followed along jumping of the glass balcony by inhumane jump that seems top athlete can do.
It jump more than 2 meters high attempting to divide with it's prey, laughing all the time.
The pole madman crash to the floor below head on the floor tiles, smashing it head into bloody pulp.
The madman has the nerve to jump from the almost 20 meter high balcony.
It was fearless in order to kill it's prey.. or rather brainless.
"Heh, what a damn ass..." Vale still holding on the stainless steel railings, yes this fearless warrior that wanted to die with it's enemy still wanted to live, he just trick the brainless madman into jumping off the balcony with him to die together... By himself.
But before he could celebrate, his hand is already slipping from the balcony railings, as it was smooth that's why is so slippery.
"Oh oh..."
Vale panicked and tried to climb up but he can't pull himself up.
He was weak and pathetic...
Finally after trying to pull himself up many times, his hand finally give in.
"Noooo.."
He fall back first in the smooth tiles below.
Thud!
"Aargh"
Vale lay or the ground and, grunted in pain as he felt his bones crack from the impact.
"Whyy???"
"Why is this happening to me?"
"I just want to eat at my favorite fast food restaurant!"
"Lord God, why are you treating me like this"
"Is this retribution from the heaven?"
"Because I'm a glutton or because I don't listen to my parents words?"
Vale contemplate about his life as why was he, so unlucky today.
So much things happen in just 10 minute, so much that his brain cannot comprehend anything.
He was just going to enjoy his food minutes ago, and try to survive the days tomorrow without allowance.
But why is this happening, why the world change so much, his reality has been broken many times as this happen.
He knew that with his body right now, with who knows how many broken bones, and he even felt that his spinal cord snap, his done for in this life.
Even if he survived this calamity, he will live his life as a cripple.
He cannot afford medical attention or rather his family can't, they where poor, bottom of the society.
Being take care of his entire life, or not...
His family is poor, even he was the only child in the family, they still struggle to survive, living off with some scraps they get.
Now his dream about the future crumble, and lost his will to live.

"I cannot accept this!!"
Vale struggles himself, and tried to stand up but his body didn't listen.
While he was busying himself, the body of the steel pole madman emitting a dark smoke in it's body that's slowly going towards Vale's body.
The shadow seems to take it's time looking at it's prey despairing Infront of it and move slowly to swallow it whole.
After sometime the shadow enter Vale's body without Vale's noticing, as he was lost in his own thoughts.
Vale's body shivered as it felt something entered it, cold rushing all through his body.
It felt as if he was in a cold storage.
Vale felt death closing into him, he don't know how he will die, but seeing what's happening today, already tells him that something is happening that's is supernatural.
You don't need to be a genius to notice that things is not normal.
Vale don't know what to do anymore readying himself on what to come.
As soon as the dark shadow entered Vale's body, it directly charge at his brain and sharp pain screen from Vale's head.
"Aah"
"AAAHHHH"
Time seems to stretch forever for Vale as his perception about time number as he bear an unbridled pain as if his soul is being tear apart.
After an unknown amount of time pass.
Vale open his eyes that seems to have changed in color.
From dark brown to dark red.
It seems as if a demon has awoken from it's slumber, casting invisible field of oppression in the surrounding.
"I'm dead?"
Seeing the familiar place, Vale mind was circulating with a lot of possibilities as his face showed a pained and sad expression as he recall what has happened.
"NO! I'M STILL ALIVE"
Feeling the familiar sensation of the cold floor and the smell of blood in the sorroundings, he cannot help but shout out loud, it makes him believe he was still alive.
But after shouting, he instantly regret it .
His voice echoed in the silent mall live a stone thrown in a calm pond, creating big ripples.
Soon multiple shadow appeared in different corner of the mall, bringing their eerie laughter with them.
