So the basic Idea for this story would follow the son of a survivor of Galifray's fall, it would have the mother, known as the Pioneer and was known for pioneering new technology, modify a TARDIS for travel outside her multiverse. She would succeed and travel to another omniverse, sadly it happens to be the Invincible universe and there she is captured and subsequently raped by the viltrum empire, she would later escape with a fatal wound and a very pregnant belly back to her TARDIS and into the void between the omniverse. She ends up giving birth before she passes as in this fan canon when a timelord is pregnant they cannot regenerate until the child is born in order to protect the child. The child grows up being raised by an on board assistant Droid learning as much as he can about his mother and her people as well as slowly figuring out all he can do with his viltrumite side (also due to the nature of viltrum DNA he will always be part viltrum and his strength isn't reset with each regeneration btw). Eventually he ends up having to dismantle the Droid that raised him in order to repair the TARDIS after the damage it took during his mother's escape.
Now the story follows the Traveler as he goes on diffrent adventures throughout the omni omniverse filled with worlds of anime/comics/movies and more all while preparing himself to travel back to the world of Invincible the minute after his mother left to wipe out those involved in her death.
