The streets of Little Italy were always alive with tension, but none more so than when Hyper Bianchi and Elena Russo were in the same vicinity. Their families' hatred for each other was palpable, a legacy of blood feuds and broken alliances.
As children, Hyper and Elena had been sworn enemies, their rivalry fueled by their families' animosity. Hyper, with his messy black hair and piercing blue eyes, would often taunt Elena, calling her a "princess" and a "daddy's girl." Elena, with her curly brown locks and expressive green eyes, would retaliate by labeling Hyper a "thug" and a "troublemaker."
Years had passed since their last encounter, but the tension between them remained. Hyper stood outside the local café, his eyes scanning the room for a familiar face. That's when he saw her – Elena Russo, sitting alone at a table, nursing a cup of coffee.
Their eyes met, and for a moment, they just stared at each other. The air was thick with tension.
Hyper smirked, enjoying the familiar spark of tension between them. "What are you doing here, Russo?" he asked, his tone dripping with sarcasm.
Elena looked up at him, her expression guarded. "Just grabbing a coffee before class," she replied, her tone neutral.
Hyper raised an eyebrow. "College life treating you well, I presume?" he asked, his tone light.
Elena nodded, her expression softening slightly. "Yeah, it's been good," she said, her voice a little warmer.
Hyper smiled, sensing a crack in her armor. "Glad to hear it," he said, his tone genuine.
