With the path between himself and the failed bunker now broken, Theo slumped down to the ground, giving himself just a moment to think things through while maintaining the construction overlay in case the beast not only broke through… but also figured out it could get to him by running in the other direction.
How would a beast be supposed to figure it out, Theo didn't know, but after what he saw, he wasn't going to take any chances.
