Through out the whole story, the demon lord's right hand man, Xue Huan stood next to him.
Following every dumb orders the Demon Lord made such as making him leave in middle of a battle with an intire sect to go buy pasteries for Jun Yuxuan.
Going through blades and fire to get the cure for Jun Yuxuan, fully knowing that he was their enemy.
There were hints here and there in the novel that forms this idea of Xue Huan having romantic feelings towards the Demon Lord, yet he never voiced them directly, helping Jun Yuxuan and his lord get together as a couple before ultimately dying beside the betrayed Demon Lord.
He really felt bad for Hu Xuan… not knowing that he'll reincarnate into this novel(?) as Hu Xuan.
He stared blankly at the man who just jumped out of his coffin.
The man's long dark hair were straighter than his sexuality, his dark ruby eyes sparkled in a cold light, his expression forming into clear irritation.
