The week went on with Asher's scandal becoming the most streamed headline, and the entire city had already known of her shameless personality. Wherever she went the poking and pointing she received became high over the day, gaining a lot of attention from the citizens of Tyle city without doing anything.
Right now she was seated in a night disco bar. How she got talked into coming here again became a wide surprise to herself, casting a strange and weird gaze around the out of shape place she found the environment meant to help her out of her situation. According to her uncle, a good lawyer requested an audience with her; saying he believed that she was innocent, and ready to help clear her name.
Though the words were meant for her good intentions, but arriving at the location she couldn't help but ask all over again if this was the right place all over, and over again. The way the people were dressed, and how indiscriminately wide they acted made her even more surprised a man with good standing as a lawyer would want to see her here to discuss something so important. The disco lights falling all over the place down to the booth she was seated in, and wide songs blasting off from huge speakers made Asher more worried she could have gotten the place wrong.
" Hello dear! " A middle aged man approached her, placing his hand on her shoulder, and squeezing her there indiscriminately. Asher's face was quick to shift from its worried state to a quick disgust, slowly pulling from his hold gently.
" Um,.. I'm sorry. I'm here to see someone, named; Mr Paz. " Asher's soft tone broke out amidst the loud music in the club, looking at the man with clear eyes.
" Well dear, I'm Mr Paz. Mr Jones Paz! " The man said, taking a seat opposite her. He was middle aged, slim and tall. His face showed a light of someone whose into wide life, probably married from the ring placed in his ring finger, and his eyes were scanning all over her like he was examining a commodity he had bought.
Mr Paz nodded his head, the look of unexplainable content in his eyes did not miss Asher's gaze, and she slowly shifted in her seat.
" Are you comfortable my dear? " Mr Paz asked, seeing how Asher kept moving in her seat.
" Well yes... I'm fine! " Asher said, looking up at him from her seat, and she asked him.
" You asked to see me, regarding my situation? Well my uncle-- "
" Yes,.. yes... I did ask to see you! " Mr Paz said, agreeing to the claim. He stretched out his hand and reached for Asher's hands, holding them across the table.
" Well you see dear, I understand how you feel! And I would like to help you. " He said, very sly and caressing her soft pale white hands in his hold.
The man's touch became too intimate to her, slowly withdrawing her hands from his hold while she tried keeping her distance from such a strange man.
" Well I see you are weary of me! " He said with a dirty smile, watching how Asher hid her hands underneath her skirt.
The feeling she kept getting was very, very much distant. Still stealing glance at the club around her.
" Why don't you settle down, and try to relax a bit! We would be spending a few couple of good hours here! " Mr Paz said.
" Oh about that, I plan on going straight to the issue at hand,.. " Asher said, trailing off on her words, from seeing how the man nodded his head quickly.
" Of course yes. "
He took of the mid button of his suit, standing up and walking towards her from his seat. Asher was very surprised, looking at him with a strange glint in her eyes.
" Um,.. Mr Paz, we could talk from way over there--" Asher was quickly interrupted by him from the close proximity she found herself with the man.
" Shhh,.. let's go straight to business then! " He held Asher's hand, placing his other hand over her shoulder.
" Wait! Mr Paz, I don't understand,.. what are you doing? " The look of incomprehension in Asher's eyes, gave out her innocence.
Mr Paz smiled even more sweetly, seeing her acting more navied and innocent to the act he was about to commence with her.
" Well you don't have to worry, I promise to take good care of you! " He moved his hands towards her boobs amidst her dress.
" Mr Paz, I,.. " Asher struggled from his embrace, distancing herself from him.
" Come on, you're not very innocent anyway! I promise to give you a better life, you could be my mistress! " He said, moving towards her again across the booth.
" I'm sorry, Mr Paz. But, I didn't sign up for this! " Asher said, standing up from the booth. She grabbed her bag, slipping it into her shoulder and quickly darting out for the door.
" Yeah run away you slut, who would want such a cheap woman like you anyway! " The man's words were harsh, directed at the fleeing figure of Asher.
That day Asher arrived home late, the rain was pouring very harshly upon the earth. The waters washing the dried street let behind by the sun. Asher arrived at her family's house, knocking hard at the gate.
She was getting wet at this moment, as soon after she left the club, she ran like her all depends on it, till the outpour of the rain which gave a sign that man was clearly not going to come after her.
" Hello, anyone there? " Asher knocked even more harder, hoping someone would hear, and come open the gates for.
" Please open the gates, its pouring out here. " She kept knocking.
Soon the gate was pulled open from inside, and to Asher's surprise it was her grandma who stood there holding an umbrella. No one accompanied her, standing all alone, with a look of contempt in her eyes fired at Asher.
