Chapter 1 - Goodbye

She couldn't believe this was happening. Just a few days ago, she had been living a cheerful and gratifying life. She had an adoring family of six, a prosperous job as an electrical engineer, and many colleagues to spend her free hours with. Her life had felt complete, like everything was falling perfectly into place.

She had been satisfied with her life and thankful for all that she had, never once imagining that things would change so abruptly. But now, everything had shattered. An accident had stolen away her future, cutting her life short in an instant. She remembered little what happened, just flashes of pain and the overwhelming sense of sorrow that had consumed her as she lay on her deathbed. The heaviness of regret had weighed on her chest, the things she wished she had done, the moments she hadn't fully appreciated.

She never expected to wake again. The darkness that had embraced her felt eternal, and she had been certain it would be her last breath. The idea of being alive now seemed absurd—how could she still be here? What could possibly come after death?

What would become of her now? Would she be reincarnated, given another chance at life? Would she ascend to heaven or be cast into hell? These were the questions that lingered in her mind, but no answers came. The uncertainty of it all gnawed at her, the realization that her fate was out of her hands, something she couldn't control.

All she knew for sure was that her time on this planet had ended. She had to say goodbye to everything she loved: her family, her friends, the life she had so carefully built. She had hoped for more time, more moments to share, but that was no longer possible.

As she closed her eyes once more, ready to face whatever came next, a strange sense of serenity washed over her. It was as though a heavy weight had been lifted from her chest. She knew that her journey wasn't truly finished, that something awaited her beyond this world. She had to confront whatever lay ahead with courage and poise, even if she didn't understand it fully.

She just wished, wherever she was going, it would be a place of love and light. A place where she could be reunited with her loved ones, where peace and joy were waiting for her. She had longed for those moments of warmth and connection, and now, perhaps, they were just beyond the horizon.
