The morale of Renegade Alliance players was at an all-time low. Particularly those in the starter zones, they couldn't even bear to visit the forums. Occasionally, a few hotheads would try to counter the mocking posts from Blade Syndicate, only to be drowned in insults and ridicule.
Even out in the wild while leveling up, they were constantly mocked.
"Look, it's one of those Renegade Alliance guys. Thought they were hotshots, huh? Now they're just Blade Syndicate's chew toys!"
"Yeah, their guild leader hasn't even logged in for ten days. Guess he's abandoned them!"
"More like he's too scared to show his face."
The constant jeers left Renegade Alliance players unable to lift their heads in pride. They suppressed their frustration, but the absence of their guild leader made it impossible to stay optimistic. Many began losing hope.
That was until Ethan's first video was released.
