"What! Did he really ask you to move out?" Winter shouted, breaking the stillness within the car.Her voice was so loud that it drew the attention of three men sitting inside.
Their curious eyes cautioned her and she quickly looked away while secretly continuing her talk.
"What will you do now, Gina?" she whispered, pressing the phone close to her lips.
When Agnes replaced Gina, Winter was shocked to learn that the agency had terminated all of her contracted work. Not only did she lose the ongoing campaign, but she also missed out on a few ramps that she was hoping to walk as a runway model.
"You have no idea how frustrated I am right now, Winter." Gina's voice echoed, causing Winter to shudder. "I will certainly break her leg this time if I ever get my hands on that girl."
Their friendship was characterized by a similar temperament, but Winter opted to be the calm one in order to soothe her friend.
