Synopsis
In 1555, the twelve-year-old Ayush wakes up to be transported back into medieval India, only to realize that he was the prince of the once-thriving Yadu Empire ruthlessly destroyed by the Mughal forces. Ayush has been struggling for four months, since he revived his memories; he is in no position to resist the onslaught of the gigantic Mughal Empire. He is well aware of everything that would be happening, yet he fails to remember some critical details because he cannot. In the evening, on his night of travel back in time, Ayush unintentionally turns on a strange system that relates to him. That system was named the "Strongest Empire System" and has promised to restore and establish for him a new empire which might surpass all known civilizations at a certain point of history.

Chapter 1 - Ayush Chandra

[All the plots in this book are fictional and had nothing to do with reality. It is all my imagination, and if anyone is hurt from they can leave.]

The Chapter : 1 ; Ayush Chandra

16th Century

28th December, 1555

Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (present day 2024)

A 12-year-old boy sat on a white horse amidst the thick jungle of Gorakhpur. His face was grim and determined. More than a hundred people behind his back were riding horses with a sword dangling at their waists. The expressions of all were covered with despair and anger.

A small boy, though delicate, sat astride the white horse with streaks of blood on his face. Some embodiment of grief had veiled the handsomeness of his features.

He was Ayush Chandra, the last prince of the Gorakhpur Kingdom. In a month's time, his land had been laid to waste by the Mughal Empire, reduced to ruins.

The kingdom he used to belong to was the Yadu Empire, a lineage tracing its origin to the birthplace of Lord Shree Krishna. The Yadu Empire once spanned from Pataliputra to Vrindavan, over huge expanses of land. The empire had been under relentless oppression these last fifty years. At Ayush's time of birth, only Gorakhpur remained as the last stronghold. Now, that too was lost to the Mughals, and his father had become a captive.

Among them were their loyal soldiers of the Yadu royal court and ministers, apart from Ayush's mother and the female members of the royal family. In anguish, yet singularly bonded with a resolve born out of it, they plunged deep into this jungle.

Having traveled through the freezing night of December, they finally stopped to rest. Chilling cold ran a shiver down everybody's spine, yet none allowed their discomfort to take their concentration away.

"Son. are you okay?"

A soft voice broke the silence as a beautiful woman in her early thirties drew up to Ayush, tossing a warm blanket over him and sitting down beside him.

"Mother." Ayush whispered, drawing the blanket close over his body. He peered into the face of his mother, a face that used to glow bright but was now haggard from the unremitting disasters that had occurred.

She was Kalyani Mourya, a woman gallant and tough. She was 31 years old, her husband Prajapati Yadav only 37 years when he was brutally killed by the Mughals.

Kalyani asked in a trembling voice with firmness, "Son, do you want to avenge your father? Do you want to destroy the Mughals who killed him, our kingdom, along with so many innocent families? "

Ayush's face tensed up, but he didn't utter a word.

"Son, don't be sad. This is our fate-one that we cannot alter. Don't bother about your father. Though he might be already dead or executed by those Mughals." Her voice sputtered and her eyes welled up with tears.

She wiped them quickly and continued in a soft tone, yet firm: "My child, you carry the bloodline of one of the strongest warrior families, one of the greatest empires of all time-the Mauryan Empire. You want to take revenge on your father's murderers, our people, and our kingdom-start gaining strength, not just with an army but also in wisdom and mental fortitude. Without power, revenge is but a dream."

Ayush looked into his mother's eyes, and with words, a fire was lit inside him. He was no more a boy grieving for what was lost but an heir to a legacy, a king of warriors, a symbol of hope for his people.

"Mother, you must go back. I want to be alone. You must rest. Tomorrow, we leave this place."

"Hmm. my child, you too must rest."

She then left Ayush to his own devices near the bonfire.

Ayush lay on the ground, looking up at the silvery moon in the sky and not knowing what he thought.

"Ding"

"It is detected that the host is extremely demotivated, and the Strongest Empire System has been bound to the host."

Ayush, who had been admiring the moon, suddenly heard a voice from a system in his head.

If he were a normal person, then Ayush might have been surprised. But four months ago, Ayush had awakened his memories and found out that he was reborn in India during its medieval age.

He originally came from Earth in 2025, but now, with the awakening of the system, a new hope opened for Ayush. Of course, he knew the past and many key events where victories could be turned around, but starting all over again from scratch seemed impossible. But he was determined to build a new empire which would be strongest and undefeatable.

"Ding!"

"Does the host want to see your profile?"

The system asked.

"Yes," Ayush nodded.

"Ding!"

"Host, there is a newbie gift present. Does the host want to open it?"

"Newbie gift?"

Looking at the system interface, Ayush was silent for a while. Then he instructed the system to open it.

"Open the newbie gift pack!"

"1000 system points!

"Does the host want to use the rewards?" the system asked.

"No. let it be in the reward section." He denied. After all, how would he explain this?

Then he looked into the system holographic screen and came to know his father hadn't been killed yet, and he would be executed in three months.

Since then, he was very angry since he saw it, but also knew that power of self can't contend against Mughal Empire, and it would take time for him to grow up using the system.

He looked at the system and finally took out one of the gene evolution syrups and gulped without further thinking. Of course, there would always be dangers, but he could have a higher chance of survival with this gene evolution. Even if he got hurt, he would recover.

Guru.!

Just after having the syrup, Ayush felt dizzy for some time but suddenly fresh in an instant. He felt that his eyesight and hearing had improved. As for the physical body, he would only know when he tested it, but one thing of which he was pretty sure was that he was feeling sleepy and the moment he drank, all the fatigue seemed to have vanished.

But most importantly, his conscious and unconscious mind, after taking the syrup, started imprinting a lot of memories of his school days and the chapters he read. It just felt like the data is getting transferred directly to his mind. Actually, he was remembering all that happened to him in his previous life.

And with this.after some time, a strange laugh came from Ayush.

Jie. jie. "Never expected that I would be born in the 16th century, and incredibly, I and Akbar will be from the same era and even of the same age."

"Stop for a second, in three months my father will be executed.? And in the months of February Akbar will take over the Mughal Empire as its youngest emperor of the Mughal dynasty."

"Akbar. will execute his father?" He did not know why, but this thought came to his mind.

"Good. very good.! Akbar. Let's see. who has the final laugh.! Since we are from the same era, same age. even the background was the same, but your empire has destroyed mine."

"We both are the princes of our empires, but now my empire is gone, but you will be enthroned in the next two months. And I will create my own basic kingdom within three months."

"Haha...haha...!"

[Author Note : Please Read the Below. ]

[ There will many differences in the book, like the Yadu empire, this empire did exist but this was the timeline, and as for the Mouryan Bloodline that Kalyani has, it was actually the remaining members of the Mouryan empire. After the fall of the Mouryan was was almost 1500 years from the 16th century. So I just made it up.

There will be system to assist. As for the future technologies, that will be also use here, but some time time later.

But this author has a question, hope you can answer.

"What should be name of the current kingdom?" ]
