There was no movement near the window for some time. Finally, a tired, weak voice emerged from within, "Daughter, it is i..."
A mixed look of relief and surprise appeared on Hina's face. She whispered, "Dad... you're here? And absolutely fine!"
A bent, tired figure slowly came out of the window. This was Hina's father—the head of the village.
Everyone entered the house silently. The atmosphere there was a bit dark and sad, but now the conversation started.
The chief said with a light smile, "Hey daughter! Wow, today you have brought live food for us. And such a big orc along with it.Is this also for us to eat?"
Hina's face flushed at these words of the chief. He slapped his father hard.
"Do you even have consciousness, what are you saying?" Hina screamed. "Any idea what's going on outside? And he..." She pointed towards Erin. "They're the one who gave me the name!"
The chief suddenly became serious. He was shocked and said, "What! Name? Is this true?"
Erin stepped towards the chief and said respectfully, "Yes. So you are the chief of this village. It's a pleasure to meet you. And I am the one who named your daughter. She is named 'Hina'."
After a moment's silence, Erin added with a slight smile, "How strange, isn't it? A stranger is telling you the name of your own daughter."
The chief took a deep breath and said, "No, there is nothing surprising in this. This is what happens in this world. So now my daughter has got a master. Meaning, my daughter has now become a stranger."
Hina again became angry at this statement of the chief. He slapped him again.
"Father! What are you talking about? Do you think of anything other than just eating and finding partener for me? They are the one who made the new rule. and this is my friend who gave me the name."
The Chief looked at Erin in surprise and then said, "A boy and a girl… and friends? This has never happened before in our world."
Hina said angrily, "Oh! Stop it, father. Don't say anything else."
Erin took a deep breath to calm the situation and turned to Bunty.
"Bunty, I am going out of this village for a while. take care of all this and yourself. No one should get hurt. And of course, don't hurt those zombies either."
Bunty nodded, but worry was clearly visible on his face.
"I have to find a way to stop this virus and these incidents as soon as possible." Erin said firmly and headed towards the door.
The chief trembled and said, "What's happening here? I can't understand anything. How did all this start suddenly?"
Erin interrupted him and said in a firm voice, "I must leave this village immediately. It is important to tell the other monsters about this danger. This is a dangerous infection, which is spreading rapidly. If it goes out of the village, it will engulf the whole world."
The chief asked with surprise, "The whole world? But what is this? We should sit down and discuss it—"
Erin interrupted the chief and said, "I'm sorry, but I don't have time to listen to you. I'll be back in a little while to listen to you.
The chief said hurriedly, "But listen to me! I know a way to fix it!"
Erin replied quickly, "There's not enough time right now. I'll hear from you later."
"Right now, the skeletons are the only ones who can stop this virus from spreading beyond the village," Erin said seriously.
Saying this, Erin turned and jumped into the air. His speed was so fast that no one could even see him. He stopped at a deserted place, gathered all his strength and in one long leap ran straight out of the village to the monsters.
Reaching there he shouted loudly, "Everyone listen to me!"
All the monsters heard his voice and came and stood in front of him.
Erin said in a serious voice, "Listen, all the orcs should leave this village right now. A dangerous infection has spread in that village. The goblins there are turning into 'walking corpses' by biting each other. If any of them scratch you even a little, you will be transformed in the same way. You will lose your mind and attack others to make them like you. You won't even understand what you're doing."
The Ork leader Hulk roared, "If that's the case, I'll go right now and destroy them all."
Erin said sternly, "Don't even think like that! They hasn't killed anyone yet. They're just making others like them and that's not their choice. We have to find a way to fix them. Unless There is no solution, we will have to keep them inside the village. If the infection goes outside the village, it will spread all over the world."
Hulk said in a heavy voice, "If my magic worked on living beings and I could use it on a large scale, I would heal them right now. But I cannot do that."
Erin looked at Hulk and said, "No problem. Hina's father knows a way to cure this infection. But first I had to ensure the safety of you and the other monsters, so I have come here. Just tell all the orcs to stay away from the village. And remember, if by chance an infected goblin comes out, don't kill it. Tie him up somehow, but don't let him touch you."
Hulk nodded, "Okay, Erin ji. All orcs, retreat quickly and be careful not to let any goblins get near you."
"Very good," Erin said satisfactorily. Then he looked at Benny.
"Benny, tell all the skeletons to surround the village. This infection will not have any effect on you, so you can touch them comfortably. But remember, do not cause any harm to anyone. Just keep them inside the village. And don't let anyone go out either."
Benny immediately nodded and gave instructions to the skeleton soldiers. Using their magic, all the skeletons disappeared from there in a moment and started surrounding the village from all sides.
Erin continued, "Benny, you and some skeletons will come with me to the village. We need to talk to Hina's father as soon as possible and find a way to stop all this."
After some time, Erin again reached outside the same house inside the village, where they were hiding. he knocked on the door and called out, "Hina! Bunty! Kabil! Open the door?
But no reply came from inside. Erin's heart started beating faster. He pushed the door lightly and saw that it was already open.
There was strange silence inside the house. No sound, no movement. Every corner was lying vacant.
Erin's face went white. He muttered in bewilderment, "This...how could this be?"
He quickly collected himself and shouted in anger and worry, "Benny! Search the entire village. Hina, Kabil, Bunty, Hina's father and those two Hope Goblins—no one is here. We have to find them immediately. Hurry up." !"
"Erin ji," Benny called out, pointing away, "look at that!"
Erin looked in that direction and paused. Hina was standing on the roof of a house in front. He was accompanied by two Hope Goblins, who were somehow trying to save the chief. But the scene was even more horrifying – Kabil and Bunty, who had now become zombies, were standing below, bickering.
Erin took a deep breath, regret shining in her eyes. He said to himself, "Why did I leave them alone? It's all my fault."
Suddenly, Zombie Bunty breaks the entire house with his heavy body. The roof quickly creaked and collapsed.
"No!" Erin screamed.
Hina and everyone else started falling down.
Within a moment of falling, Kabil, who had become a zombie, made a dangerous pounce towards Hina. His face was scary, his fast speed is scary.
Erin's mind started racing. He knew that if he didn't do something now, Hina and everyone else would perish. "This time I will not leave them," he said to himself.
Thank You.
