A wounded man desperately runs into the forest. His face is pale, and his wounds are clearly severe.
The man's name is Valt, a member of the notorious group called the Red Axe Gang. Yesterday, in an unexpected turn of events, a member of the Red Axe Gang discovered a small cave covered with large vines.
Out of curiosity, they decided to check inside the cave, and to their shock and delight, they found many treasures!
There were many rare herbs, weapons, and gold coins.
When Valt got the chance, he stole all the treasures from the cave, but he got injured in the process, and now the Red Axe Gang is chasing him.
They are determined to kill the traitor Valt, and even more so, they are determined to retrieve the treasures he stole from the gang.
After several hours of running, Valt stopped when he saw a young man walking.
The young man, probably in his early 20s, had tattered clothes, and by the looks of it, he was probably a villager from a nearby village, if there is a village in this area.
"Hey Brother! I need some help, can you help me?" Valt shouted. His face was so pale, and his clothes were soaked with blood from his serious wounds.
The young man quickly approached him and helped him without hesitation.
"What happened to you? Were you attacked by a Demonic beast?"
"Ah yes, yes! While I was searching for herbs, I was suddenly ambushed by a demonic beast!" Valt made up a story to avoid suspicion from the villager.
He sneered inwardly. After he healed, he would kill this man to ensure there were no witnesses to the Red Axe Gang's pursuit of him.
In his mind, he planned to use all the treasures to advance to Martial Apprentice Stage 4! Then, he would try to join a Temple.
"Don't worry, brother. I will reward you handsomely for helping me. I am a Martial Apprentice," said Valt.
The young man's face showed shock when he heard what Valt said. Not because of the reward, but because of the claim that Valt was a Martial Apprentice.
You see, in this world, there are humans who can fly, break mountains, and destroy seas.

After a mortal successfully harnesses spiritual energy within their body, they become a Martial Apprentice Stage 1.
There are 5 realms: Martial Apprentice, Martial Warrior, Martial Master, Martial Grandmaster, and Martial Emperor. Each realm has 9 stages.
