Suna's POV
After Saku fainted, I quickly rushed him to the hospital and once he was admitted at the emegency, the doctor told me that it's nothing serious and he just need an ample time of rest so taking that into consideration, I decided to admit him.
I then called my uncle to tell him what happened and he told me that I should pick up Sakura to let her know, so I did but the teacher was adamant about me picking her up so she tried to call Saku through phone, when he's not picking up, the teacher asked Sakura herself if she knows me.
"Yes teacher, he's a friend of Papa." Sakura replied then looked at me. "Uncle, why are you picking me up instead of Papa?" she asked.
"W-well, Your Papa is now at the hospital. The doctor told me that he was just tired and all he needs is to rest, so will you be a good girl and come with Uncle to see your Papa?" I asked back.
She then quickly nodded so I brought her back to the apartment before heading to the hospital, and once we reached Saku's room, Sakura just pounced on him as usual making Saku groan.
Can't help but to snicker, I just looked at them having a quick talk about today. "Uncle picked me up from school and brought me here." Sakura told him.
"Y-yeah? and did your teacher said anything when he's the one who picked you up?" He asked back.
Sakura then nod at him, saying. "He looked like a kidnapper so teacher didn't let me go with him until I said you are his friend." She giggled.
"Hey, I can hear you guys." I said, pouting.
Saku then laughed with her but he still look so worn out so I told Sakura to play with me instead and by the night time, I asked permission to the admission if I could let Sakura sleep in Saku's room because she had no one to look after her at home, and luckily they got no objection about it so for the first time in forever, I was able to look after my mate and our child.
"Too bad that I can only do this now." I muttered to myself as play with Sakura's hair as she slept in the couch.
"If you wanted to do that much then why'd you show up yourself just now." I heard Saku commented, making me look at him.
"Well, I was aware that what I have done is not a thing to be forgiven easily. I actually don't plan to let you know about it but I just can't anymore." I replied, carefully making my way closer to him.
"Honestly, I was so mad when you finally told me the truth but what made me feel worse is when I realized that the man who I only loved turns out to be her father." He said.
Holdind his hand, I give it a light squeeze. "I'm really sorry for everything. I promise to make it up for you two. Will you please give me a chance?" I asked once more.
He then looked me in the eye and said. "Will you promise me something then?"
I give him a slight nod. "What is it?" I asked.
"Will you promise not to let go of my hand ever again?" He said.
Snuggling his hand, I replied. "Never again, cause that was the biggest mistake of my life. Not being with you is the worst feeling I had."
Finally smiling, he gave me a nod and said "You better be good this time, it's not only us now. We've got a daughter now."
"Yeah, how about you go back to sleep now. You should rest a lot so you guys can go home." I told him as I kissed his forehead.
"Just us? Thought you'll be good now?" He asked.
I chuckled. "Yeah I'll be good but I know it will be shocking for Sakura to know the truth so I'll take it slow." I said before making him lie down. "Sleep well, Saku. I love you."
He then give me a warm smile before closing his eyes and I sat beside him, sleeping while holding his hand.

Saku's POV
After 3 days, I was finally discharged from the hospital, and we are back to my humble abode.
"Anything you guys want to eat? I'll order them." Suna asked as he put down the luggages from the hospital.
Sakura then ran to him and said. "Uncle, can we please have some Pizza and Fried Chicken?"
"Sure, sweety. How about you, anything you're up for?" He asked me.
Giving him a smile, I said. "A pasta will be nice too."
"Alright, Pizza, Fried Chicken and a Pasta coming right up." He said before going up to make a call to order. "Hey, babe! how about drinks?" He suddenly said out loud making Sakura looked at him then me with a smug face.
"Baby, you should answer him." I said as I hid my face blushing hard.
My daughter then snickered before saying. "Strawberry Milkshake for me, and an Iced Tea for Papa, Daddy."
Caught of guard on how she casually called Suna her Daddy, I looked at surprised. "W-what did you just call him, baby?" I asked.
"Daddy?" She replied.
"Why'd you called him that? Isn't he's your Uncle just now?" I asked more.
Sakura then shrugged at me and said. "He called you babe and that means he loves you so I called him Daddy."
Biting my lips, I asked once more. "D-does it mean it's okay for you to have him as your Dad?"
She nodded. "I want Papa to be happy and if being with him (points to Suna) makes you happy, I would be happy too."
Hearing those words from our 7 year old daughter, I just can't help but to hug her. If only I can tell the truth right now but I'm afraid she'll not understand it yet so I need to wait and give her more time to grow as a person.
"Order placed, how about we play while waiting for the food?" Suna asked her with a smile.
Sakura then nod at him and they both played while I lied back down on the couch. "Hey, your back will be sore if you lay down like that, should I carry you to bed?" Suna suggested.
"No, I'm fine. I'll just take a nap." I replied and the both of them continued playing.
After few more minutes, the doorbell rang and Suna was the one who opened the door. "That was fast, Uncle." He said.
I then heard my Manager's iconic laugh so I immediately sat up and saw them holding a plastic bag each.
"It's been a while when I was here, how are you doing, Sakura?" The manager asked her.
Sakura then give him the sweetest smile and said. "I'm doing good, Grandpa! Papa has already someone to help him."
"Yeah? isn't that good to have someone?" The manager then looked at me with a sinister smile.
"Oh manager, please. Don't give my daughter weird ideas." I replied as I took peek at Suna, who's now busy preparing the food.
"Did he take good care of you two?" I heard the manager whispered to Sakura.
"Yes he did, Grandpa. I was so shocked to hear him call Papa, babe." Sakura then whispered back, making me blush again.
Then the both of them laughed together, just in time when Suna called us to eat.
After eating, I told Suna to let me do the dishes but he insisted that I should rest so here I am, lying down again.
"Feels good to be taken care of, is it, Sakurai?" The manager asked me.
And I replied. "It is, but it feels weird when I'm not doing anything, Manager."
He chuckled. "It's fine, you'll get used to it."
"I guess, but to think Sakura is taking things well is more surprising." I then said.
He gives me a nod. "Yeah, it just proves that your daughter is growing up well."
Nodding in approval, I just looked at my daughter wishing her the love and happiness she deserves.
After sometime of playing with Sakura, Manager then bid his goodbye and Suna offered to see him off, leaving me and Sakura for awhile.
"Papa, is Daddy sleeping here tonight?" She asked.
"I don't know, baby. Why don't you ask him once he comes back." I told her.
"Okay." She just replied before going back to play.
Once back to the Unit, Sakura ran to him, saying. "Daddy! Daddy! Will you sleep here tonight?"
Caught off-guard by the fact, she's calling him Daddy instead of Uncle like she used to, he got flustered. "What did you just call me, Sakura?" He asked, a smile playing in the corner of his lips.
"Daddy. I called you Daddy, because you called Papa, babe!" Sakura then explained.
Watching them, I just couldn't help but to laugh. "Oh my gosh, you two are adorable." In commented.
The two of them then looked at me at with their confused faces. "Why are you laughing?" They said at the same time, making me laugh even more.
"Oh my God! You two really are father and daughter." I accidentally blurted out in the middle of hard laugh.
Sakura then turned to Suna, asking. "y-you're my dad?"
Suna then looked at me at lost, so I immediately stopped myself from laughing and ask him to bring her to me, so he did.
"Baby, will you listen to Papa?" I said, Sakura then nod at me so I continued. "Yes, he's your biological father. Do you remember what I told you when you're still little and asked me about him?"
Sakura nods again, and replied. "Y-you told me that it was an accident and he might doesn't know about me."
I nod back at her as I caressed her cheeks. "I told you that but the truth is, I just can't remember who is he, it was until he showed up and told me everything. I'm sorry for lying to you, baby."
Sakura then shook her head and looked at Suna. "Does this mean, you really didn't left us?"
Nodding back at her, Suna replied. "Y-yeah. At first I thought I would be contented watching and supporting you guys from afar will be good, but your Papa made me realize something and made me feel that everything will be more bettter if we are all together."
Sakura then started to hiccup, obviously holding her tears back up. "D-does this mean we are a happy family now?" She asked us.
Rubbing her back as I nod, I replied. "Yes, baby. Now you have us both."
She then hugged us both and began crying out loud, making us cry with her. "Daddy is really sorry for everything, baby. Daddy promise not to leave you two alone, anymore." Suna whispered to her ear, making her nod in the midst of crying.
After crying hard, Sakura quickly dozes off to sleep and now, it's time for us to talk about today. "We're such bad liars." I giggled as I lean my back to him.
"I couldn't agree more. We just slipped it out and she just know it all. Damn, I'm glad she got your inteligence, babe." He chuckled as he rested his arms around my belly.
"We're lucky that she's considerate and understanding enough. It might not end that well if she was a stubborn one." I replied.
"Yeah." He paused and look at me. "S-so, now the cat's out of the bag. Have you thought of my proposal?"
Looks up to you as I caressed your hair. "Well, I don't think I have complaints about it, but are you sure it'd be okay? I mean, it's been a decade when we dated and I'm guessing your family will surely be shocked to know about us just now."
It was then he give me a playful smirk and said. "It'll be good, babe. Just trust me."
