Selena continued her days as usual, immersing herself in work at her new office. Despite staying busy, her mind was still haunted by unanswered questions. The strange event she had experienced a few days ago felt so real. Was it just a dream, or a vision from the past? And why did she feel such a strong connection to Alexander in that vision?
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Alexander was still recovering. Though his body was weak, his mind kept replaying the strange dream where he saw Selena as a princess. When the nurse entered his room to check his condition, an idea struck him.
"Excuse me, may I borrow your phone for a moment?" Alexander asked in a weak voice.
The nurse was startled but handed over the phone after seeing the seriousness in his eyes. With trembling hands, Alexander dialed Selena's number, hoping he remembered it correctly.

At another location, Selena's phone rang. Seeing an unknown number, she hesitated before finally picking it up.
"Hello?" Selena's voice was soft but cautious.
"Selena…"
Selena froze for a moment, her heart seeming to stop. She recognized that voice clearly. Tears began welling up in her eyes.
"Alexander? Is that really you?" Her voice trembled, a mixture of shock and emotion.
"Yes, it's me… I'm at the hospital. Can you come?" Alexander's voice was weak but unmistakably real.
Selena couldn't hold back her tears. All this time, she had thought Alexander was dead after the accident. Overcome with relief and joy, she immediately asked for leave from work and rushed to the hospital.
Arriving at the hospital, Selena quickly made her way to Alexander's room. As soon as she saw Alexander lying weakly on the bed, tears streamed down her face again.
"Alexander…" she whispered, approaching his bedside.
Alexander gave her a faint smile, though his face was still pale. Without saying much, Selena embraced him tightly, as if she never wanted to let him go. Alexander returned the hug, feeling the warmth he had longed for all this time. After a moment, they released each other, and Alexander gently wiped away the tears from Selena's cheeks.
"You're alive… I truly thought I lost you," Selena said, her voice choked with emotion.
"I'm still here… I won't go anywhere," Alexander replied softly.
Unable to resist, they gazed at each other before their lips met in a kiss filled with longing and gratitude. All the pain and sadness they had endured seemed to vanish in that instant.
Once things had calmed down, they sat side by side. Alexander looked at Selena tenderly. "You left the company? Why, Selena?"
Selena took a deep breath, trying to steady her emotions before answering. "After the accident, I truly thought I had lost you. I felt empty, and every corner of the office reminded me of you. I couldn't bear it anymore."
Alexander listened attentively, his eyes never leaving Selena's face.
"Besides," Selena continued, "people at the office started gossiping about me. They said I was a gold digger trying to take advantage of you because you're a CEO. I couldn't handle all of that, so I decided to leave."
Alexander clenched his fist, clearly upset at hearing what had happened to Selena. "I should have been there to protect you… I won't let anyone hurt you again."
Selena gave a faint smile. "It's okay, Alexander. What matters is that you're back now."
Silence filled the room for a moment until Selena decided to bring up something stranger. "Alexander, there's something I want to ask… Lately, something strange has been bothering me. A few nights ago, I experienced something surreal. I felt like I was in another world, like a kingdom. I… I became someone named Princess Helena. And you were there too…"
Alexander looked at her seriously. "I experienced the same thing, Selena. I saw you there, in a grand palace. I felt like a prince…"
Selena's eyes widened. "So, you experienced it too? It wasn't just my dream?"
"I don't know, Selena. I don't even know if it was just a dream or something more. But it felt… like a memory from the past."
Selena bit her lip, trying to process everything. "Could it be that we… are reincarnations from the past? Could it be that we have a connection that's existed since that time?"
Alexander fell silent for a moment, then held Selena's hand tightly. "Whatever it is, Selena, I believe we are meant to be together. Whether this is a coincidence or something greater, I don't care. All I know is that I don't want to lose you again."
Selena felt warmth spreading in her chest. Though there were still many unanswered questions, she felt slightly calmer because Alexander was by her side. They might not know what was really happening, but one thing was certain the bond between them was too strong to ignore.
"In that case, let's figure it out together," Selena whispered.
Alexander nodded. "Together, Selena. Always."
