Renjiro's team moved quickly, the tension thick in the air. Yukari's fingers danced across her tablet as she attempted to trace Kaede's upload. Each passing second felt like an eternity.
"Did you find it yet?" Renjiro asked, his voice sharp with urgency.
"Working on it," Yukari replied, her tone strained. "She masked the server location with multiple proxies, but I've got a lead. If we act fast, we might intercept her before the data spreads further."
Aiko looked up from her spot beside Renjiro. "What happens if we can't stop it?"
Hana answered grimly. "If the data falls into the wrong hands, governments, corporations, and innocent people will pay the price. This isn't just about us anymore."
Renjiro placed a hand on Aiko's shoulder. "We'll stop it. No matter what."
Yukari finally let out a triumphant sigh. "Got it! The server Kaede used is located in Yokohama. But she's smart—it's probably a decoy."
"It's all we've got," Renjiro said. "Let's move."
The team exited the compound, their getaway vehicle waiting just outside. Saito was already in the driver's seat, the engine humming.
"Trouble?" he asked as they piled in.
"The usual," Hana said, climbing into the passenger seat.
As the car sped toward Yokohama, Yukari continued to analyze the data. "Kaede's ahead of us, but we might have a chance if we move fast. The server is in a high-security building. Getting in won't be easy."
Renjiro leaned forward. "What kind of security are we talking about?"
"State-of-the-art," Yukari said. "Motion sensors, biometric locks, automated defenses. It's like she knew we'd come for it."
"She did," Hana said, her expression hard. "Kaede plans ten steps ahead. She wants us to chase her into this trap."
"Then we'll spring the trap on our terms," Renjiro replied.
The car roared onto the highway, the team's resolve unshaken despite the odds.
