In a human society that appears normal on the surface, with criminals, workers, and other categories of people, there are cases that even the police and government cannot handle.
These cases are isolated incidents where the police are unable to intervene because they involve humans with supernatural powers, spirits cursing or even possessing people, and aliens with unprecedented physical forms and abilities. The general population is unaware of these occurrences; only global leaders and the organization that handles them, called the COD (Celestial Oversight Division), know of their existence.
This organization consists of individuals with powers, cursed individuals, people who can summon aid from spirits, and those capable of creating galactic-level technology. It has divisions in every country worldwide and boasts over one billion members. The COD operates with a training system akin to the military, but far stricter and more intense.
Of course, not everything is harmonious. There are opposing forces, such as organizations and individuals who use their powers for crime, murder, and even waging wars to dominate countries. For example, in El Salvador, the COD's defense division was entirely obliterated. The government, unable to deal with these individuals, eventually surrendered.
This is just a superficial explanation of this world—a world beyond the imagination of ordinary people. This is the world of aliens and spirits, a world we still do not fully understand, where anything can happen.
