Sambh was lying near the cool breeze of lake. The beautiful poppy had bloomed in the entire bushes. He opened his eyes slowly as the green bushes tickled his face, and he raised plugging his one hand in the ground and raised his forehead.
"Wow, its beautiful."
The sky was twinkling within its golden light. The golden ray was covering the entire sky, and trees were fluttering in the gale. The wind holds its arm and left unscratched. Sambh looked at the beautiful scenario ahead of him. He was stunned with it.
"It's really worth my time praising."
He picked up himself, looked around and wondered where he was. As he wondered then the entire scenario came at his mind within a flash. He murmured to himself with the abandoning nature of his life. He looked around to see if he was being watched. The only thing that he could see at the moment was rabbit playing, deer's drinking water from the lake, elephants basking in the sunshine, and monkeys dancing in the drees.
"ohh, it seems that I am out of reach for them."
Sambh laughed and stood from the ground and moved towards the lake. As he approached then lake then his eyes met the diverse and mutual understandings of animals living there. The beautiful squirrels were playing above the lion's body. The sly fox was sleeping just nearby it. There was huge junction of beautiful birds dancing and enjoying the view.
" It's really cool to see such a scenario here."
As he was enjoying and dancing in rhythm of nature. He remembered of himself remembering the incidence when he was about to open the door and enter inside. It was the memories of his life, but it was totally different here. The sky was burning, and the earthlings were, but everything was cool and calm here. He remembered the incidence when he was shoot and exclaimed.
" Am I dead? "
He looked around touching his face in belief. He was dazzling with his memories, so he tried to forget the memory by relieving himself with the environment that was just near him. It was beautifully designed by nature.
The unending lake was winding down. The cranes were flying above its unending view. The birds were playing near the shore as the little white rabbits jumped from the dark woods ahead of the sun near the lake. The giraffe, deer's, unicorns and other animals were enjoying the sunlight and quenching their thirst in lake. Far away at the sight the elephants and some mammoths were bathing, and the cubs were playing with each other.
As he ran near the huge stones enjoying the sight and laughing. He moved from one after another making himself free. It was his first time that he had seen such a crowd of different animals. He approached every animal touching their tails, body and watching the teeth in each animal's mouth. He became so childish with the view.
Then his eyes met the beautiful scenario that aided him. There were two elephants fighting near by it. One of the elephants was almost insane. It started to beat all the small creatures nearby it. As it moved and started to run after another elephant.
It had gone total insane. As it continued to beat and harass other animals. Then every animals near by it started to run away from there. The lion that was sleeping near Sambh also woke up with the sound and ran away from there. The other elephants moved towards the jungle, but the mad elephant went after those.
As it started to chase the other elephants. Whichever animals came at the middle died at the spot. While it was chasing then it was too close to a bay elephant and tried to hit the elephant with its full might. It ran after it with its full might and hit the baby elephant but the bay elephant dodged and its head directly hit the giant near it.
As it hit the huge giant near it then it died at spot in pain. There was huge pain on its head as it fell to the ground and died at the spot.
By seeing such a scene right in front of his eyes, he was covered in disbelief. He was happier and sadder that the elephant didn't chase him at the moment. He looked in disbelief then his ears picked the water splashing sound and caught the movement in lake.
"It's not a good omen."
Sambh holds his heart tightly and approached down the earth and moved away from there towards the lake. He slowly moved his step closer to the lake and watched deeply to the water but there was nothing.
"It seems that I was hallucinating."
He leaned towards the lake looking deeply in the water. He refreshened the water with his one hand and picked handful of water. The water was too cold hitting touching himself for a moment. As he cleared the water with his hand glowing in smile. His eyes locked the beautiful mermaid.
"What is it?"
He was scared to death and stood throwing the water away from his palm. He was fully scared as it made him to shiver. He had never seen such a beautiful lady fully grown up and twinkling within the light. He kept on staring in lake.
A beautiful lady appeared from inside with eyes like fish and leg like tail. Her beautiful body was covered in fins. She was in rein in the deep water but disguised herself in a beautiful lady coming at the surface of water. She dressed herself in a beautiful gown full of diamonds reflecting the white rays of light.
As she came to the surface, she kept on staring at Sambh looking from the water surface. Her half body was in water and half above in the surface of water. She continuously looked at Sambh and was dazed for a while. She spoke," It's rare to see some humans near the lake."
Before she could continue her words. She came out from the water covered in her white garment. She approached her but Sambh was well clear that she doesn't look a good person. Sambh rememberd the first incidence when he arrived at first.
He murmured to himself," She must have recognized me as a time traveller and wants to kill me too." He didn't look at her and turned back and triedto run away from there. However as he tried to run then few drop of water binded him and pulled back. He fell to the ground.
"Ouch, it pains."
Sambh screamed looking back at her. She was just in front of him. It was to quick that he didn't recognise her presence too.
Sambh looked back at her trying to sit straight at his back and looked at her continuously. Sambh spoke," Who are you?"
She replied," I am a mermaid." It was too quick for her to reply that she had finished speaking before he could finfish his questions too.
She was watching the Sambh too closely and spoke," I don't see anything special in you but why did see ask me to protect you?" She was filled with soft voice. Her face was disappointed with the sadness. She filled herself with rejoice.
Sambh face glow in bright as he heard the voice that she was asked to protect him. Sambh spoke," Are you telling me the truth that you were asked to protect me." Sambh remembered the lady in white with whom he fell from the cliff.
She smiled and spoke," I don't understand one thing that why did she ask me to protect you when the entire land wants the time traveller to die." Her voice was too straight and honest, but Sambh was still unaware that what was happening with him.
He spoke, "I don't know if I am a time traveller but how come they knows the thing that I don't know." Sambh couldn't hold himself as he stood and asked with the silence voice covering him in the dungeon.
She spoke in short," They can smell the pure blood of human from you. This is the reason that anyone can recognize you with your smell." She paused and spoke," In the entire continent there is no pure blood of human here. Every creature is hybrid here or breaded."
As they were talking then at the meantime, a very huge thumping voice came from behind. As the voice approached towards the lake, everyone nearby lake disappeared. With the thumping voice approaching she quickly jumped in the water as she was quite familiar with the sound.
He looked inside the water, but the mermaid had gone. He looked as the trees bend and straightened as some giant animals was passing from it. As the trees speeded up and the darkness unbended it and moved ahead. A very huge giant animal appeared from the aloof. It was very huge dinosaurs which speeded towards him.
Sambh wondered that it must be coming to the lake to drink water. As it approached the lake, the entire lake filled with silence as Sambh was alone standing there. As it saw Sambh there then it became more furious and angrier. It approached him with its full speed in agony that it was going to tear him apart.
