Chapter 7 - 7. Returning back

As the Abbot left from there. Weismier looked back at the old man who was standing at the gate and staring at him from the long time. He was deeply smiling and profoundly happy seeing him. Sambh approached him and asked, " Why are you smiling? Is there anything wrong about him." Sambh just stared his smiling face with no more question but highly anticipating the result with deep smile. There was no reply from him.

After waiting for his reply for a long time when he heard no reply from him then Sambh looked back at the old man and asked," how long will it take us to reach there?" However, the weird smile that faded away. However, he didn't expect to ask this question but maybe he asked it since he had never left the mountain from the childhood.

Weismier easily maintained his posture making himself ready," it won't take us long." He replied with a sigh pointing towards the snowy mountain standing in front of them," Don't worry, we just have to cross this mountain, and my car has been parked there." He paused and continued," Then it won't take us long to reach from there." There was so simplicity and straightforward answer. he just believed it.

"Did you mean that you agreed to go with me?"

Sambh didn't speak anything and looked the snow that was slowly covering the edge of the mountain. He slowly picked some of the snow just outside from the window near him and murmured to himself," hey little snow, I will really be missing you. " He looked at the dazzling sky that was covered in white and fluffy clouds.

Weismier listened to him as he spoke win deep sad tone that was probably making him to feel the loneliness and homesickness. He smiled at him and spoke," You can call me uncle." The gentle voice with the smile heartly welcomed him. he knew that it was going to be very tough journey for him.

He approached him and stood just near him. then he also looked to snowy mountain and never-ending snowfall. He spoke," Once, when i was a kid then there was always someone beside me. Your looks remind ed me of my childhood. he was so promising and cherished." He smiled looking down at each other.

He paused for a while and spoke, "Don't worry I will take you home safely." He was fully aware that even he was going to see his dad. however, there was one thing certain about him that there must be some huge conspiracy behind his return. May be his dad must have planned his return for something else. he thought," when the world is at turmoil then at the last cost of life why would he want to meet his son who was abandoned at birth."

He remembered that the world was surely going to move on but at the cost of one life. He wondered," Is it a good idea that worths that giving one life for all life." Weismier looked back the Sambh who was still looking outside in a deep thought. He just felt himself in a trouble knowing that whether he is making the right decision or wrong decision that he was totally unaware of the results.

Sambh left from there without looking back and returned to his garden. He was deeply lost in himself. He came down near a big stone that was just placed in the shore where small water was draining. he sat upon it and gazed in it. All of a sudden as he looked in the water the scenes in water changed as if he was caught in the reality unable to differentiate.

"It was showering with snow all over. The snowbird was fluttering and dancing all over the snow. then slowly and gradually the snow started to melt away. Suddenly the sky started to turn red. A red glowing star was falling amidst the snow melting it away in clouds. the whole mountain turned in a piece in front of his eyes. He screamed,"Nooo"

Then the scene shifted as he opened his eyes. "He found himself standing in the amidst of darkness. It was covered with ashes, burning land and fluttering lava. The water was boiling, and the sky had turned dark. The sky was full of shooting stars. The meteor was falling like grain burning everything around. There was no life anywhere. Everything was fading away in front of him, but he was unable to do anything." With the heavy breathing and coughing, he came out from the deep gaze.

he found himself surrounded by his master and Abbot just near him. He was totally unaware that what was happening just in and out from him. Moreover, that it was not the first time that he got such a memory but had happened more often in his imagination. Every time he uses to see such a dream then it was always destined to happen.

Abbot spoke," What did you see this time?" there was always your face faded away with this imagination. His master who was just standing beside Abbot spoke," Every time he has dreamt something different that we are totally unaware of it. May be this journey can give the answer to his all question." Everyone was unaware of it that why he had such a dream.

Abbot spoke," you should pack your things and prepare to leave the mountain. We can't make him to delay for long." Sambh looked at the silence face of Abbot and his master. His master spoke," Pack up your things and meet us at the gate of the monastery." there was cold at his face but didn't look back and left from there.

Sambh walked away from there looking at the sky. He was totally aware that if he says about it to anyone then it was sure that they won't believe him. so, he just kept quiet since it was last memories. He looked outside and spoke," I always have such a weird dream, but I don't know why I am having such a dream."

He looked outside as the Abbot, and his master had already left then he went inside the monastery and came out with a bundle of some clothes for him. He mentioned and looked at himself," It was totally aware of him that he may need those clothes anytime at the journey." He walked away from there. As he was walked outside his garden then he saw his master just outside the gate who was holding a golden stick in his hand.

He handed him the stick and asked to leave with him. Sambh took the stick from him and left from there. They walked along the monasteries and headed towards the gate of the monastery. As he reached there then he saw all other monks waiting for him. Maybe they were just there to greet him and farewell him.

As he came out from the assemble of the monks then he reached at the exit where Weismier was standing. He was staring with a smile as he approached him. Weismier looked back at him and spoke by smiling," You really resemble your dad." He paused with his great aura fading away the suspicious look at him.

He asked with a thought, " Are you really here to take me home to see my dad?" He was stunned and became silent moving towards him. It was probably the last time he had asked about this. He looked at the expression on his face. He managed to maintain silence for a while.

He smiled and spoke, " yes, this is true, and your dad has asked me to bring you home." He replied in a smile looking at all other monks standing there gazing at them. He found himself at the centre of eye for everyone.

They reached the gate. He looked around the other monks surrounded there, and the little monk came forward and spoke, " Master told me that your journey will be very long, and you may be tired in this journey. so, I plucked this snow drop as a farewell gift." He was the same little monk who was watering the snowdrop when Weismier arrived there.

Sambh spoke with a smile, "I will return soon after I meet him. It won't be too long." Sambh greeted everyone and reached near the Abbot. He smiled at him.

Abbot came forward and blessed in a soft voice," Amitabha! May buddha bless you." Then Sambh stepped back and bowed down all other monks in a soft voice," Amitabha!"

They replied, "Amitabha." Everyone there greeted him humbly with the smile as his eyes caught everyone in a glance.

Then Sambh looked back at the Weismier and their eyes caught each other. Then he looked at his uncle and spoke, " shall we go? "

"Yes. sure. Let's go."- he spoke with a smile and left from there.

He passed from there in a solitude. He walked away from the monastery through the lane and vanished it in the dusk of snow fall.
