For Rei's appearance on Earth, he had black hair and violet eyes. For Rei's appearance in the new world, he has dark midnight blue hair, and gray eyes that change to a dark blue shade whenever he is acting as a persona.
Rei is tall, athletic young man with sharp features. His hair is usually disheveled or spiked. When being his normal self, Rei wears casual plain clothing. In his personas however, Rei wears dark clothing or clothing that other existing characters wear.
