In ancient China, there was a kind and noble empress. Many of her subjects call her Jin Tian E(Golden Swan), her name was Liu Yumei.

Because whenever she's in combat, she look as elegant as a swan while fighting.

On one unexpected day, there was war. The empress was worried but she had to come up with a quick plan to protect her people. She found out that the enemy is her brother himself.

Ever since childhood, Liu Yumei was loved by her parents. He was always the forgotten(with reasons ofc). He is always there causing trouble but he never saw that as a problem. He would pull mischievous pranks on the servants, scaring the life out of them.

Liu Yumei find it hard that she has to fight against her own brother, but in other to protect her people she has to defeat the enemies.

After 8 hours of battling against each other, Liu Yumei won. Many people were cheering for her but she felt bad for fighting against her brother. After 2 months, she let go of the past of fighting against her brother. 4 days later, Liu Yumei ascended to the heavens. She was confused why she ascended. The Jade Emperor explained to her why she ascended. He said that he had received the news of her leading her people on many victories and giving them peace.

Since it was the Jade Emperor, Liu Yumei had nothing else to do but agree to him becoming the goddess of war and victory. Her ascension became very popular since she was only 16 when she ascended.

After 300+ years, she was one of the most worshipped deities in history. She would answer the prayers of her worshippers and grant them their wishes. She was an important figure to emperors of China because she is the goddess of war and victory. They would usually pray for a glorious victory from the goddess.

After a century, another girl ascended to the heavens. Unlike Liu Yumei, this one is just a normal girl. The reason she ascended is because she guided many people in the desert. She wad called Mo Baihe(Desert Lily). Her name was Jin Lian. She was also confused when she ascended, and so the Jaded Emperor told her why she ascended.

Jin Lian was even more confused because why would there choose her. She asked the Jade Emperor "but why me? there are many people doing more generous things and I'm just helping people get through the desert."

The Jade Emperor smiled and said "exactly. if you hadn't helped those people, they'd be dead due to the heat of the sun. thanks to you, they're still living to this day."

Jin Lian never thought of herself as that special until that day, she realized how helpful her actions were that even the heavens noticed it.

Liu Yumei saw her and said "yeah, I was just like you when I first ascended and look at me! I'm as happy as the happiest person on earth!"

The Jade Emperor wanted to throw a ceremony party for the girl because of many people she has saved.

Liu Yumei was happy for the girl. Jin Lian feels a bit nervous during the ceremony but Liu Yumei was there by her side the whole time so she wouldn't feel nervous. After that, they became close friends.

5 centuries have passed and the two goddesses are still together. They always go on demon hunting once every full moon.

They were one of the most worshiped deities in China. Jin Lian is the goddess of guidance and wisdom. She also made a star in the desert that would lead people to the place they're heading to.

The two goddesses had a great relationship and they never fought with each other over all things.

Until one day, the Demon Lord from the underworld suddenly declared war between the heavens and the underworld. Liu Yumei was called to go to war but Jin Lian was worried about her.

"A-Lian, please do not worry anymore. I'll be safe as long as I'm always under your guidance. I have to go now my love. The emperor is calling me."

"Wait..! Promise you'll return home safely?"

"I promise, Laopo(wife)."

Liu Yumei left after leaving a kiss on Jin Lian's forehead.

Days has passed and Liu Yumei hasn't returned yet. Jin Lian was very worried but she knows Liu Yumei always keeps her promises. 5 days later, Liu Yumei returned home badly injured but had a glorious victory against the Demon Lord.

Jin Lian immediately run towards Liu Yumei and carried her to her room. Liu Yumei told Jin Lian not worry too much.

"Laopo, it's okay, I called Hien Xiang(Hien Yuen's great granddaughter)."

"A-Mei, I am your wife, of course I should be worrying you. I'll take care of you before Hien Xiang arrives."

Liu Yumei smiled softly.

"How lucky am I to be married to a woman like you."

"A-Mei! Stop talking nonsense..let me take care of your small wounds first"

Liu Yumei chuckled because she always enjoyed teasing Jin Lian.

20 minutes later, Hien Xiang arrived. She took care of the serious and bigger wounds and handed Jin Lian the medicines telling her when to use them. Jin Lian listened carefully to Hien Xiang's words.

Jin Lian took care Liu Yumei and never let her lift a finger. After a month has passed, Liu Yumei completely recovered from the injuries. Jin Lian was very happy and she jumped on Liu Yumei. Jin Lian suddenly remembered Liu Yumei just healed and got off her immediately. She said sorry to Liu Yumei multiple times.

Liu Yumei kept saying it's okay and carrying her is just like a puppy. Jin Lian was really flattered and her face was redder than tomatoes. Liu Yumei find it rather cute while Jin Lian was tweaking out.

After a few days, Liu Yumei took Jin Lian on a blind date. Jin Lian thought this was one of Liu Yumei's pranks.

"A-Mei, if this is one of your silly little pranks, I swear I'm gonna kill you."

"Laopo, I promise it's not one of my pranks. Believe me, I've been preparing this for days."

"Haha..okay okay I believe you, no need to make that sad face."

As they were walking to the destination, Jin Lian saw smth on the trees..it's a Phoenix's teardrop flower! Phoenix's teardrop flowers only bloom once every 1000 years. Jin Lian told Liu Yumei wait for a few minutes so she could go get the flower. Liu Yumei asked her where she was going. Jin Lian said "Uhh..nature calls I guess."

Liu Yumei was confused but didn't think much of it. 10 minutes had passed and Jin Lian hasn't returned and she was worried about her. Meanwhile Jin Lian is struggling to climb a tree kept falling and falling many times.

20 minutes passed and Jin Lian still hasn't returned. Liu Yumei couldn't wait anymore so she went to check on Jin Lian to see her hanging upside down from the tree's vines.

"L-laopo, what's going on here?"

"A-Mei! haha..you see, I was just trying to get you this Phoenix's teardrop flower for you but i keep failing everytime."

Liu Yumei started laughing because she find it very funny. Then she helped Jin Lian get down.

"Next time, just tell me anf I'll get it for you. I don't want my precious laopo getting hurt."

Jin Lian's face was once again, as red as a tomato. Liu Yumei climbed that tree as if it was like just walking up stairs. After that, Liu Yumei got that flower and got down.

"Here, a pretty flower for my pretty laopo"

"No no no it's for you, you can keep it since you always keep giving me gifts and I never get the time to think of a suitable gift for you."

Liu Yumei let out a small chuckle.

"But laopo, you've already given me the best gift ever"

Jin Lian was confused and was wondering what kind of gift she bought for her.

"Really? What did I gave you?"

"Why it's you of course! You're the best gift that any god or goddess could ever get."

Jin Lian was right flattered.

"I-..A-Mei, let's continue on our date, shall we?"

"Oh yeahh, I totally almost forgot about it! Thank you for reminding me laopo~"

"Yeah yeah just shut up and kiss me."

They kissed and continued walking. After their date, they had sesbian lex together.
