A young man with white hair searched intently among the shelves of medicinal supplies. After a moment, he picked up a faintly glowing white bead, nodding slightly in satisfaction. His pale face—almost devoid of color—finally showed a trace of relief.

Turning his gaze toward the creature lying on the operating table, his smile slowly faded. With a deep sigh, he clenched the bead in his hand and stepped forward. Placing it gently on the creature's forehead, he formed a hand seal and whispered an incantation.

A soft white light emanated from the bead, gradually intensifying. Before long, the operating table itself seemed to radiate like a miniature sun—warm yet blindingly bright.

Narrowing his eyes slightly against the glare, the young man maintained his focus, observing intently. For him, this procedure was not merely an assigned task but also a rare and valuable opportunity. If successful, the years he had spent enduring hardship would finally have meaning.

As the bead dissolved into pure spiritual energy, the brilliant light began to fade.

A faint beeping sound echoed in the quiet room—a monitor signaling a response from the creature. Wiping the sweat from his forehead with his sleeve, he picked up a notepad filled with meticulous notes and began recording his observations with a brush.

Yes—a brush.

Despite the presence of modern medical instruments and an advanced operating table, he preferred traditional methods. The contrast was striking, yet his actions felt entirely natural.

Meanwhile, Aaron moved cautiously through the secluded estate of the Tsunayashiro clan, following the eerie spiritual pressure that had drawn him there. Eventually, he arrived at a modest two-story building within the courtyard.

More than a dozen masked guards, clad in black, patrolled the area with precise coordination. Each carried a standard-issue dagger at their waist and wore a small, circular mirror on their left wrist, bearing the Tsunayashiro family crest—a dark green emblem.

Suddenly, the mirrors flashed ominously.

"Intruder detected! Stay alert!"

"Watch all sides!"

"Show yourself! We know you're here!"

Immediately, the guards assumed defensive stances, gripping their weapons as though preparing for battle.

Aaron sighed in mild irritation. "How troublesome."

Without hesitation, he drew his Zanpakutō. In an instant, hundreds of black sword slashes rained down upon the guards, striking with lethal precision. As their bodies crumbled into wisps of ash, he sheathed his blade and stepped into the building.

As soon as he entered, the strange spiritual pressure grew even stronger.

Following the source, he descended into a dimly lit basement and pushed open a heavy black door. It creaked ominously, revealing a laboratory filled with medical equipment.

A young man with white hair stood before an operating table, deeply engrossed in his work. At the sound of the door opening, he turned in alarm, scanning the room.

Seeing nothing, he murmured, "An illusion?"

Just as he was about to resume his work, a familiar figure materialized before him.

His eyes widened in disbelief. "Sensei?!"

Aaron paused momentarily before stepping forward with a smile. "Seinosuke, long time no see."

Yamada Seinosuke hastily set aside his tools and rushed toward Aaron, bowing deeply at a perfect ninety-degree angle. "Sensei, you've finally returned!"

Aaron chuckled at his former student's enthusiasm, then turned his gaze toward the operating table.

Elsewhere, Zaraki Kenpachi sprinted through the streets of Seireitei, his Lieutenant, Kusajishi Yachiru, clinging to his shoulder.

"Ajian, hurry up! I can feel that reiatsu just up ahead!" she chirped excitedly, patting his shoulder.

"Hah? You sure you got it right this time?" Zaraki grunted, briefly glancing back at her.

"Of course! It's this way! Now go, go!" she urged.

As the two raced forward, they passed Aizen Sōsuke and Tōsen Kaname, who were walking side by side. Aizen briefly nodded in acknowledgment, maintaining his ever-calm demeanor.

Once Zaraki and Yachiru had disappeared into the distance, Aizen's expression returned to neutrality. He turned to Tōsen and spoke in a low voice. "The plan will proceed tonight. If you have any concerns, meet me at Central 46."

"Understood, Aizen-sama," Tōsen replied respectfully.

With that, the two parted ways.

Back in the laboratory, Aaron and Seinosuke focused their attention on the creature on the operating table. Aaron furrowed his brow. "Seinosuke, what is this? And what happened here?"

Yamada Seinosuke sighed, shaking his head. "Sensei... A lot has happened since you left."

He proceeded to recount the events of the past century. His face shifted through various emotions as he relived those memories.

"After Kagerōza was sealed, I protested to Central 46 and was subsequently expelled from the Fourth Division. If not for Captain Unohana's intervention, I'd still be locked away in the Maggot's Nest.

"As for the child on the operating table... he was delivered here by the Tsunayashiro family. I don't know his true identity, but I've discovered something... unnatural about him."

Aaron frowned. "Unohana helped you? I didn't expect that. And Kagerōza... I'll find a way to deal with that situation."

Before he could continue, slow, deliberate clapping echoed from the entrance of the lab, interrupting their conversation.

"Well, well... I must say, I'm impressed. You actually managed to uncover the secrets of Yanmi."

A sinister voice accompanied the applause.

Aaron and Seinosuke turned sharply to see a tall, feminine-looking man with an eerie smirk standing in the doorway.

The man's eyes gleamed with malice as he stepped forward, his expression growing increasingly sinister.
