MANLY, SYDNEY
AUSTRALIA
IN THE DANIELS' LIVING ROOM
The beautiful daughter of the Daniels family, a beautiful Australian young lady, tall and gold skinned in her early twenties.
Her long, thick black hair, her eyes a good set of almond shaped darkish brown, her small, straight nose and small pinkish lips.
Her eyes peered into the laptop screen as she concentrated on the business documents she was updating.
All her mindset and ambitions is to make the company proud, she's certainly not gonna fall her father's hands again, certainly not.
The sound of a shattered glass approaching from the kitchen caught her attention as she hurried to the kitchen and her eyes fell on the two teethed one year old toddler who tried to reach for the jug of juice but instead made a mess of it.
"Oh my, little John, you never listen do you? You're creeping so fast these days." Her laughter was angelic as it resonated the kitchen making the toddler giggle.
She carried him to the living room and kept him on the small cot to play, watching him with intense affection, her little nephew is indeed a charming thorn to the flesh. She pecked him on the temple as the perky baby crawled to the end of the small cot.
Then came the hasty footsteps from the stairs and a deep voice called from the stairs
"Johnny? Is he asleep yet?" A lady in her late twenties asked
"You mean John? The watch guard of the house? He's sure having fun." Whitney said and little John revealed an incomplete set of luminous white teeth.
"I know he wasn't asleep, come here now my Knight." Angela, John's mother said as she carried little John in her arms.
"Now let's go to bed, say good night to Aunt Whitney."
"Nightie Nightie." The toddler giggled and they both laughed.
Mother and child left for their room to have a good night rest leaving Whitney alone in the living room.
After some typings... She came to the conclusion that it's enough work for today, she stretched and yawned carrying her stuffs, she ascended the stairs to reunite with her bed.
**********************************
The morning rays sang good morning to sleeping beauty, she flickered her long lashes and yawned while spreading her long arms.
"Now another day to begin with." She muttered
Seriously? She haven't even finished typing those documents, had she forgotten how important this business was? Shrugging her slender shoulders, she crawled down the bed and made for the bathroom. Less than 8 minutes, she was done washing up and then she put on her knee length pleated gown and her blue slippers then packing her hair in a ponytail and applying her little make-up, she took her handbag with her laptop bag and then she left the room.
We haven't had much time to discuss WHITNEY DANIELS have we? Of course not, well, she's from a middle class family of five, being the last child of the house.
Her elder sister Angela and the eldest child, her brother Kristen, her father Mr. Joe Daniels is an Engineer same as her brother. Her mother Mrs Geneva Daniels is a professional nurse while her sister is a law student in her final year at the university, married with 2 kids, Twinkle, her 3 years old toddler and Little John who's just a year old.
Whitney is a college graduate. She studied food technology at Melbourne polytechnic for 3 years and graduated.
She's an employee at one of the best food engineering companies in Sydney at Australia. They deal with the manufacturing, processing, distributing, importing and exporting of food items.
Actually, Whitney happens to be more of a career lady, she barely had time for herself. She love her work and happens to be devoted to her work and family, to everyone, she's a workaholic but to herself, she's just Miss Whitney Daniels, a young lady who's determined not to fall her father's hands again or give him the impression that she's a failure as a daughter, again.
She failed him once and she won't want to repeat that mistake.
Harry had pointed it out to her that day that his gender are a bunch of irresponsible thwarts and she's taken his behavior as a warning till date, she just hope she won't repeat such an expensive mistake again.
Because to her, Love is a synonym for a lifetime Mistake....
