Chapter 2 - Hag and her Guardian

On the way to school, Dad and I finally made it to the destination. But instead of a bustling school or some cool wizarding building, there was just… an old woman standing there.

I squinted at her. She looked like she'd seen way too many sunrises and probably ate kids for breakfast.

"Dad… who is this?" I asked, genuinely confused.

Dad turned to me, his grin getting wider by the second.

"Son… here's the thing…" he started dramatically, making it sound like he was about to drop some earth-shattering news.

"I lied."

I raised an eyebrow. "What?"

From now on, you'll be living with her."

My jaw dropped. "What the hell, Dad?!"

He shrugged. "Yep, you're gonna live with her from now on."

I shot a glare at the old woman. There was no way I was living with that hag.

"Dad, I'm 13! I'm not living with some grandma!"

But Dad just patted my back, completely unfazed. "She's got magic too. You'll be fine."

Yeah, sure. Magic? More like she's going to turn me into her personal slave or something.

"Hehe, finally, I can get rid of him... and now, I can finally ravish Líaa without any hesitation. He won't be around anymore," Dad muttered, clearly excited.

DADD!!!

I snapped, yelling at him, but before I could say anything else, a stick came out of nowhere and whacked me on the head.

"Ow! Ow! Who's this?!" I looked around, confused. But there was no one. Just the hag…

She gave me a disapproving look and raised her stick again. "We shouldn't disobey and disrespect our elders."

"Elders?!"

Fck elders! How dare she hit me like that?!

I was about to lunge at her when...

wham!

something invisible grabbed me by the shoulders and held me back..

"Meet Max... He's my guardian," the hag said with a wicked grin.

I blinked. A transparent, muscular figure...almost like water...appeared right in front of me. Max? More like Nope.

Before I could react, Max tossed me like I was a soccer ball, sending me flying across the yard.

Dad just looked at me and chuckled. "Careful."

I landed with a sickening thud, and the pain shot up my arm.

"Oh, great. I think I dislocated my shoulder."

Max just stood there, arms crossed, as if he didn't care.

"Anyways, that magic school is ancient," Dad continued, clearly enjoying my confusion. "You'll find most of the people there don't know anything about the modern world. But some of them are like you... a modern wizard."

I raised an eyebrow. "Wait, why do I have to take admission in an ancient magic school? Can't I just find a modern one? I don't even like the idea of being surrounded by… old stuff."

Dad smirked, clearly up to something. "There will be elves."

I froze. Elves?

"You know you're obsessed with them. All those mythical creatures… makes you drool, right?" Dad added with a wink.

My face turned red. I mean, he wasn't wrong. Elves were hot.

"And the great thing?" Dad leaned in, lowering his voice as if sharing a juicy secret. "They're thicc and hot... Don't you wanna try them, son?"

I stared at him, horrified. "Dad! What the hell?!"

He just laughed, clearly entertained by my reaction.

I regained my composure and nodded.

"Okay, fine, I'll go there… but not because of some mythical creatures!" I huffed. "I just… wanna try something new."

Dad smirked knowingly. "Hehe… whatever you say, son."

I turned my attention to Max, the hulking watery figure standing stoically beside the hag.

"Um… is he always like this? Doesn't he, like, talk or something?" I asked, still creeped out by how silent the thing was.

The hag chuckled. "Guardians don't speak. They're not meant to. They're just fragments of powerful beings...designed to follow orders. No personality, no definite gender, no shape… no names, really."

"Ohhh, I get it now." I nodded sagely, pretending to understand. "So, Max isn't even, like… transparent." I glanced at the watery figure and smirked. "He's trans… Let's just not say it out loud."

The hag stared at me with a blank expression, clearly unimpressed. Dad covered his face, muttering something about how I'd inherited his sense of humor.

Max just stood there, unfazed, looking like he could squash me again at any moment.

"Ugh, I hate this. Why is he so nonchalant about all this?" I muttered, glaring at Dad as he leaned casually on the car.

The hag chuckled. "Wanna see what Max can do?"

I tilted my head, curious despite myself. "Um… sure?"

Dad climbed back into the car, rolling down the window to wave at me. "Bye, son! See you in summer vacation!"

"Wait, summer....what?!" I watched, dumbfounded, as he sped off, leaving me alone with the hag and her silent monster.

Something about this felt off.

Before I could process it, I glanced back at the hag… only to realize my upper body was… gone.

Wait… gone?!

I looked down and saw Max standing where I had been, his watery hand slicing clean through me. My legs crumpled to the ground.

My eyes widened in alarm, the last remnants of my torso wobbling unsteadily before I hit the dirt. "What the hell—"

Max loomed over me, expressionless, as the hag smirked.

"Oh, you wanted to 'try something new,' didn't you?" she teased.

Before I could retort...or scream...Max grabbed my head.

Splat!

My skull popped like a water balloon, drenching the hag's shoes.

"Well, that was messy," she muttered, shaking her head as she looked down at my remains.

Max just stood there, unbothered.

But then, as if by some twisted magic, I realized I was alive. My body was whole again. The pain, though...it was real. Every nerve felt like it had been electrocuted.

I turned to the hag, my face a mix of horror and confusion.

"What the fuc—"

"Nuh uh," she cut me off, wagging her finger like a disapproving teacher.

The guardian, Max, loomed closer at her command, its watery form rippling menacingly.

"You shouldn't say such things, boy… or else." Her wicked grin widened, sending a shiver down my spine.

"Mr. Sectant trusts me," she added, her tone dripping with mock sincerity. "And I won't let him down."

I stared at her, still trying to process what just happened. "Damn," I muttered under my breath, "she's really submissive to Dad. What did he do to her? Maybe some of Mom's… stuff?"

I paused, shaking my head. Nah, Dad wouldn't. Right?

The hag's grin grew sharper, as if she could hear my thoughts.

"Ready to behave now?" she asked sweetly.

I gulped, nodding like an obedient puppy. "Y-yeah… totally ready…"

As Max backed off, I swore I saw it wink.

"Okay, Maxilina, let's go… and take him too," the hag ordered.

"Wait, who's Maxilina?" I muttered, confused, watching Max step forward. Suddenly, its watery form began shifting—morphing.

Then it happened.

The once featureless guardian grew breasts. Not just any breasts...perfectly shaped, gravity-defying ones. Its entire figure transformed into a curvy, thicc body straight out of my wildest, most inappropriate dreams.

My jaw dropped. "W-what the…"

Maxilina...because now it was definitely Maxilina sauntered over to me, her hips swaying in ways that defied physics.

"Will you take me now?" I blurted without a second thought.

She didn't answer, of course. Guardians don't speak. But instead of throwing me like a ragdoll, she cradled me in her arms like a mother carrying her child.

I melted. I'm not ashamed to admit it.

"Y-you know… being with this hag might not be so bad after all…" I mumbled, trying to sound cool but probably failing.

The hag rolled her eyes, smirking. "Hmph, typical boy."

Maxilina's grip tightened ever so slightly, almost possessive, and I could swear I heard a splash that sounded like a chuckle.

"Yeah, this is fine," I said, leaning into her watery embrace.

"Totally fine."
