He carefully moved forward,He tried his best to not make any noise as some magical beast had supernatural ears and little sound like a fallen branch breaking could alert them.
He kept walking forward for hours not knowing whether he was going deeper into the forest or outside the forest.
Why walking,A faint splashing noise caught his ear,'is that water",He immediately thought and ran towards the direction the noise came from.
Not long after he was greeted by the sight of a river whoose water was quite neat.At this point be was really happy as he didn't expect to not only find a river but also one whose water was this neat.This was his luck playing quite a factor again which kind of baffeled him.
As he got closer to the river,He suddenly stopped as a thought flashed through his head.He felt it was quite weird for a river to be nearby and no magical beast was seen near as even magical beast needed to drink water.He knew something weird was going on,either it was his luck at play again or there was something about or in the river that scared off all the magical beast.He knew going to drink out of the river was a huge risk that could cost him his life, But after a while,He decided to throw all caution to the wind and go drink out of the river as he might die of his thirst instead if he didn't find something to quench it soon.
He soon slowly walked towards the river got on his knees and took a gulp through his hands.The water was quite refreshing so he proceeded to take a few more gulps,When he saw that nothing happened, he immediately started taking gulps after gulps.
It wasn't long before he threw all caution to the wind and deeps his face into the river and started sucking directly, His eyes were closed why this action was being carried out if not he will have noticed a figure deep inside the water.The figure seemed to be taking her bath and didn't notice anything. But soon her eyes gazed up as she wanted to wash her neck.
Time seemed to have frozen the moment she saw him and slowly boundless killing intent started to ooze out of her.
Jian ling seemed to have noticed something and immediately turned around in an attempt to excape but he was Immediately hit by a force behind him and was sent flying.At this point,he knew he was in grave danger,He thought it was an extremely powerful magical beast,He hit his back on a tree and a howl excaped his lips before he finally slid down to the ground.
He tried to get up and excape but to his surprise he couldn't move his body,He felt he had lost control of his body."Hahahaha"A bitter laugh excaped his mouth as he slowly struggled to close his eyes and accept death.
"Sphssshh" A splashing sound came form the river.He knew that whatever beast that attacked him had emerged from the river.But he couldn't see it as he had already decided to keep his eyes shot.
A few seconds passed by,yet nothing happened, at this point,he knew that something was going on,The magical beast should have already killed him or at least started eating him by now.But the weird thing was that he didn't even hear any roars or at least sound from the beast.He knew the situation was quite weird and his deductions were soon backed up with what took place next.
"How do you want to die" A cold but melodious feminine voice resounded in his ear.At this point,he would be a fool if he didn't understand what was going on.He slowly slid his eyes open and was greeted by the sight of a gorgeous beauty whose pretty face could fell nations and body figure could cause emperors to prostrate before her.
"It was a mistake" He replied,He was quite guilty as he had already gotten a catch of what had transpired.He knew this was a very awkward and difficult matter and he would probably still have to die.He was quite shocked by the Young lady's prowess.
She didn't look to be that much above his age so he was quite shocked when he found out she was the one who immobilised him.
"I don't care,I asked you a question and I need an answer,how do you want to die" She replied with a cold face.She didn't seem arrogant but no lady would tolerate a man who they have no relationship with seeing thier nakedness.
"If you want to kill me,get on with it,there isn't much I can do here and besides I didn't see anything, My eyes were closed." Jian Ling replied with an even more expressionless face.He still had a part of his humanity lost so it did be weird if he was afraid of death.

Jian ling face fell a bit when he saw it but immediately he face went back to being expressionless and he simply watched on waiting for whatever thing she did to get to him and kill him.
Alas,after waiting for a while nothing happened,it was quite shocking as he knew someone as strong as the girl could kill him with a wave of her hand except she wanted to use a high level skill which he knew she probably wouldn't use those to kill him as he was still really weak.He could just be considered a level one qi sensing realm expert.
