Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: Early Years and Training

Konoha, along with his twin sister, Sakura. His parents, former shinobi, decided to retire after the Kyubi attack and focus on developing a family business. They used the compensation received from the attack to invest in a traditional sushi shop, which would serve as an alternative to the famous Ichiraku ramen shop.

They decided not to sell ramen out of respect for the friendship they had built with the shop's owner, Teuchi. Konoha needed options, not competitors.

Family Decision on the Business:

Father: "Dear, I think opening a sushi shop would be a good idea. Konoha needs more food options, and we don't want to compete with our friend Teuchi."

Mother: "I agree. Besides, I've always loved making sushi. We can offer something different and maintain our friendship with Teuchi."

Father: "Then it's decided. We'll open a sushi shop and offer a delicious alternative for the residents of Konoha."

At Ichiraku's Shop:

The couple decided to visit Ichiraku's ramen shop to talk to Teuchi about their idea. They sat down and enjoyed a delicious meal before asking for a moment with the owner.

Father: "Teuchi, we'd like to talk to you about something important."

Teuchi: "Of course, friends. What can I do for you?"

Father: "We're thinking of opening a sushi shop here in Konoha. We want to offer an alternative to ramen, but we don't want to compete with you. Our intention is to maintain a loyal and fair business, and your friendship is important to us."

Teuchi smiled, pleased with his friends' consideration. "I think it's an excellent idea. Konoha needs more options, and I'm sure your shop will be a success. You have my support."

Year 1: First Steps

William was still too young to have conversations about the academy with his parents. In fact, he did everything he could to learn to walk, run, and jump. He loved chasing small animals like cats and dogs, which seemed like play, but in reality, he was training to gain control of his own body and sense of space and balance.

William's Thoughts:

"Haha, I don't mind looking silly. My parents think it's cute, but I'm actually mentally preparing for D-rank missions. Huum, when I catch that cat, I'm going to beat it up for making a fool of me so many times while I'm just a humble child. Tora-chan, watch out!"

"These cats are fast, but I'm smarter. But it's better to play it safe and keep training under the guise of play. One day, I'll be the best ninja in Konoha, and when they realize it, it'll be too late. No one will intimidate me."

"I'm well aware of the future ambitions of these old bastards. Fuck the Will of Fire, it's more like the Will of Blood. Everything for the village? Damn!"

"Anyway, chasing these animals is great training. I'm getting faster and more agile every day. Who knew playing could be so useful?"

"Mental Note: Add to the blacklist, Hiruzen, Danzo, Orochimaru, Obito."

Of course, all this "play" and these moments of admiration for nature did not go unnoticed by the watchful eyes of parents concerned about their children.

William's Parents:

Father: "Have you noticed how William is always running after cats and dogs?"

Mother: "Yes, it seems like a silly game, but he's improving every day. His balance and coordination are impressive for his age."

Father: "I think he's preparing for something bigger, like climbing trees or parkour. Maybe he has a natural talent for shinobi activities."

Mother: "Let's keep encouraging his play, but keep an eye on him. Who knows where this might lead in the future."

Year 2: Curiosity and Exploration

At two years old, now with control over his own body, size, space, weight, and balance, William began to explore the surroundings of his home. He chased small animals, observed distant birds, and ventured into the nearby forest.

William was very careful, as he didn't want to lose his parents' trust. In this dangerous world, anything could bite him to death; spiders, snakes, and scorpions were skilled predators, not to mention the snake uncle, the one-eyed old man, and the terminally ill guy in Konoha.

His parents were torn between taking care of them and continuing to develop the sushi business, which was beginning to prosper. Under careful supervision, they encouraged William and Sakura to explore their curiosities and interests.

William's Thoughts:

"These birds are so fast, but one day I'll be able to hit one with my arrow. I need to train my aim more."

"Exploring the forest is so exciting. I never know what I'll find. Maybe one day I'll find hidden treasure."

"It's almost impossible to catch a hummingbird. They're so fast and agile. How do they move like that?"

"Cats are amazing. They have a flexibility and agility that I wish I had. Can I learn something from them?"

"How do rabbits sense an arrow approaching and dodge it? They must have very keen senses."

William's Parents' Analysis:

Father: "William is becoming more curious and adventurous. He spends hours exploring the forest and observing animals."

Mother: "Yes, and it's helping a lot in his development. He's becoming more agile and attentive to details."

Father: "Let's keep encouraging this curiosity. Who knows where it might lead in the future."

Year 3: Early Training

At three years old, William began to frequent environments with other children, civilians, and children of civilian ninjas, who loved to "play ninja" and "ninja and thief." His parents began to notice that his play had borne fruit, such as easily climbing trees and rooftops. His ability to escape, hide, and sneak showed a natural talent for being a shinobi.

His parents, noticing his potential, began to teach him basic exercises of seals and katas to improve his physical development and organize his day so that he wouldn't be exhausted between training and play.

It wasn't the time to talk about chakra, much less chakra control. Walking on water and climbing trees were things for the future. William practiced what he affectionately called "One-Punch Training, Saitama," a regime of intense physical exercises that included running long distances, doing push-ups, sit-ups, and squats daily.

Dialogue between William and his Father:

Father: "William, you are a very good and intelligent child and always dedicated to improving yourself, even when you're playing. Kami knows I couldn't have asked for a better son. Sometimes, I can't imagine what's going on in your head." Sigh.

Father: "But you realize that, unlike you, your sister is a simple girl like any other girl? She only cares about taking care of dolls, clothes, or her friends... What we're doing now, all this training, and if we're allowing you to train so early, it's because we need you to help take care of your sister, right?"
