Chapter 20 - SOOKIE AND HIS FRIENDS

At first, Dong Mi - Suk, being a new student, had no friends and that did not matter to her, because she was focused on her studies and going unnoticed the two years of study that she has left.

Due to her personality, Dong Mi - Suk, first became friends with Tony Biagni and Loui Adams and their friendship grew stronger and stronger, because they practiced the same sports and shared the same interests.

Every night and without missing one, the three met to play sports and after that, they went to eat coca cola with hot dog.

For two months, the three had built a solid friendship relationship and did not allow anyone or anything to get into their friendship.

"Friends, there is something I want to tell you and I want you to swear to me that no matter what happens, no one will know this truth, not even Vanessa Cappadora, Megan Patridge and Susan Moll," began Dong Mi - Suk.

"What's up Mi - Suk? What is that you want to tell us? "Tony said, intrigued by his friend's seriousness.

"First, you have to swear to me that you will not tell anyone about this. Please swear to me that you will not tell anyone and only then will I tell you the truth, "Dong Mi-Suk said again.

"We swear to you and what they tell us will stay with us," Loui said.

So, Sookie told her friends the whole truth, about what really happened to her family and how she and her uncle Navajas had to flee Cape May so they wouldn't be killed.

The more Sookie told them about what happened, they were shocked and unable to understand how her friend and her uncle Navajas managed to survive that nightmare and what were the reasons that led to their death.

Little by little and trying to calm down, they began to understand their friend more and decided that nothing and no one would find out about this truth and that it would be a truth that would lead them to the grave.

"Now that we know the truth, we swear that no one will know about you and that your secret, we will take it to the grave," said Tony.

"Count on us for everything and if it is to hide you from the murderers of your family, we will do it. You only tell us what to do and we will do it, because we are capable of doing everything for you, because you are our best friend and you are like a sister to us ", said Loui.

"Thanks friends. I knew if I could count on you, through thick and thin, "said Sookie, happy to be able to count on her friends unconditionally.

"No, Sookie. Thank you, for this vote of confidence that you have placed in us and we swear that we will not disappoint", said Tony, while the three hugged each other tightly.

"Well, enough of crying and playing. That is why we have come and we will continue to come, forever," said Tony.

"Friends, please remember that my name is Dong Mi - Suk and it will be until further notice", said Sookie, that they have to call her by that name and not Sookie.

"We swear to you, Dong Mi - Suk and thank you friend, for the vote of confidence," the two said in unison.

"And thanks to you for everything and from this moment on, I swear to you that there will be no secrets of any kind between us," said Dong Mi - Suk.

From that moment, the friendship of the three became stronger and stronger than before.

Within a month, Dong Mi-Suk became friends with Vanessa Cappadora, Megan Patridge, and Susan Moll. The four friends became inseparable and always tried to sit together, because they liked to do all the projects and all the things, related to school together and not separately.

The only thing they didn't do together is sports, because they were into cheerleaders and Sookie, Tony and Loui, they were united, because of sports and because they were the three best students in the whole school.

But even though they did not do everything together, the five of them managed to get along and have a more coherent and adult conversation and that is what mattered most to them about their friendship, being able to speak without restrictions about everything they wanted to talk about. and without fear of being judged.

Also, they managed to start all kinds of conversation, including politics and business issues and they managed that their differences did not interfere in their friendship and in the possible romantic relationships, which they would have in the near future, because Tony was beginning to feel something for Vanessa and she for him and Loui was beginning to feel something for Megan and she for him.
