Simon was no longer tired he was at least strong enough to coordinate the assault on the wolf. He had received an order from this regions chief to bring the wolf in. Unlike every other type of beast core beasts could be captured and can be subject to experimentation. All one had to do was capture it.

The expression on her face is unbefitting of a woman, she seems irritated, annoyed, angry and furious all in all she wanted to kill the thing. Kruger rarely gets surprised by anything much less terrified so he couldn't understand what he was feeling right now.
For most people this was just a fight between creatures but for him It was a nightmare. The only time he could recollect that a beast had fought another was during the massacre of ten-eleven.

The only reason his order was for capture was because the other case had been enraged when attacked and that was what triggered the massacre.

Almost immediately he started to shrivel it was as if he was being pushed from the outside but that's not what basz was doing. Basz was an essence beast so he could manipulate the energy all around him. He was fortunate enough to have the ability to drain things from within. So he was an apocalypse threat all on his own. He had originally been a chaos beasts army but when the beast died the rest of him died with him. He had survived by using his ability to change his physiology to preserve himself , it left him looking like a mass of glossy slime.he could still perceive things and had formed the team.

Kruger was furious with the what he had just read in the report. A couple hours ago the confrontation squad had chased the beast into the forest and in there it went missing.
The operatives couldn't get far cause dey were afraid of angering the nymphs of that forest.
