Chapter Thirteen: "Darkness Covers the Light"
Months passed since Azar began his studies at the Magic Academy. Life seemed to be going well, filled with challenges and small joys that made him stronger day by day. But something strange began to creep into his life. There were unclear signs around the academy, small things that aroused both curiosity and unease.
One night, as Azar gazed at the sky above the high walls of the academy, he recalled the words of the strange student he had met in the courtyard weeks earlier. "Magic is not just power, but a reflection of what is inside us." Those words haunted him, as if they were a secret he needed to uncover.
Then, something unexpected happened. On the very night he was lost in thought, he received a sudden message. His parents, who had been living in a village far from the academy, had died in a strange accident while on a trip. It seemed like a simple accident on the surface, but there was something about it that made Azar feel uneasy. The sadness he felt was not just normal grief; there was a deep emptiness he couldn't understand.
Despite the sorrow that engulfed him, Azar decided to return to his village to bury his parents. It was a harsh moment; it felt as if his heart had been torn apart. Little did he know, there was more than just pain waiting for him in that return.
Upon arriving at his home, Azar felt something strange. There was a dark, eerie energy surrounding the house. This was not the world he had left behind. He began to wonder whether this energy had caused his parents' deaths, or if it was just a coincidence.
That night, while trying to process everything, Azar heard faint whispers in the air. The sound came from inside the house, where his parents usually slept. Azar approached cautiously, his heart racing. He had no idea what he might face. When he entered the room, he found something he never could have imagined. His parents were in bed, but their faces wore strange expressions, as if they were in a state of semi-coma.
Then, in an instant, Azar felt something strange flowing through his body, as if dark magic had taken hold of him. He rushed toward them, trying to wake them up, but he couldn't. Suddenly, he felt something heavy pulling his heart downward, as if his soul were about to leave his body. In that moment, he felt his hand fall, not because he was weak, but because he was on the verge of death.
But the greatest shock wasn't the death of his parents. It was the discovery that dark magic had enveloped his life, and that he himself was part of this magic. He was sad, angry, and confused, but now he knew this wasn't the end.
In the final moments before he lost consciousness, Azar realized that his parents had not died due to an ordinary accident. There were dark forces manipulating their fate. Azar had entered a world of darkness he was unprepared for. As time passed, he felt his body collapsing under the weight of the magic.
Azar fell into a deep depression, as if life had taken everything from him. During these moments of inner torment, he felt something else. Darkness filled everything around him, swallowing his soul piece by piece.
In the end, he could not resist the dark forces that pursued him. His soul was pulled into another world, just as those forces had planned. And so, he found himself in a new world, but this time it was a dark one, where there was no light or life. Everything had ended.
In his final moments, Azar felt a strange sense of peace. In this dark world, he realized that everything that had happened to him was part of his destiny, and that he would never escape this end. It was the inevitable end, but he knew that these dark moments would mark the beginning of something new.
