During my time at the academy I had fun, i have many friends and a best friend who is also my roommate her name is Lily. All this fun but his thought never left my mind.

Emilia: " No it's not like that, and stop calling him birthday boy"
Lily: " why not he was your first crush after after all. But you have to stop thinking about him and get over him he's not coming back. You know how popular you are , you are smart, beautiful and also student council president, why don't you just forget about that August guy and date another boy.
You know you're quite popular among boys who keep asking you out but you keep rejecting them for whom? a boy who is strong, kind but won't come back to you. And you even don't know if he loves you back or not."
Emilia : " It was his birthday when I first saw him...."
Lily: " here you go again telling same story you've told me hundreds of time that how you fell for him at first sight and you were very nervous to even wish him happy birthday. I bet he wasn't like any other guy. What was so special about him anyway?"
Emilia: " that was the time when I felt discouraged due to my condition it was similar for my parents as well, incoming death wasn't that scary to me but seeing my brother hurting, feeling guilty about me was. Damon never left my side he stood besides me , he took care of me because of that he wasn't able to enjoy his childhood happily.
No matter where I go people would pity me. But Aug was different he talked to me even though he wasn't very social person himself. he was my first friend. He never cared that I was crippled. He gave me hope that one day everything will be alright. And he never stopped to looking for cure.
He risked his life and found that cure for me. He is the person I respect most."
Lily: " but doesn't just mean you admire him and it's just your gratitude towards him not love??"
Emilia: " i thought same at first but spending time with him made me realise it wasn't just an attraction it was something more. Then I found out that
I am in love with him"
