Chapter 4 - Blood-Splattered Shadows

The fourth night brought even more of a challenge. Bella wasn't just killing now, she was savoring the art of carnage, leaving her rivals to scavenge the scraps of what she'd already claimed. Yet, the Blood Moon beckoned louder than before, and she felt the tug—the calling of the Father.

Tonight, she decided to leave a bloody, horrific signature, an unforgettable mark. A small orphanage situated on the outskirts of the town—sleeping children, unaware of the terror that was about to be unleashed. With a doll of immense size perched upon her back, Bella brought it into the children's quarters, waiting for them to be drawn to it.

Once they were close, she activated the trap—chains rattled as hundreds of miniature blades were flung into the room, carving through soft flesh, shredding the children before they could even scream. As the children's screams filled the air, Bella simply grinned, her eyes alight with a perverse delight.

Surrounded by the blood-splattered ruins of innocence, Bella let herself drink, devouring every drop as her laughter rang through the orphanage halls. Yet, there was a presence—a shadow lurking in the corner.

Nomor Tiga, the Black Priest, stood watching silently from the doorway. "You make it impossible to hide, Bella," he intoned coldly, before engaging her with an unholy power of his own, unleashing the curse-infused magic of his prayers.

The battle was a blur of knives, enchantments, and shadows, each of their powers clashing violently. Bella was a ferocious force, outmatching even the magic Nomor Tiga wielded. She relished the pain he inflicted, drawing it into herself, turning it into pure enjoyment as she buried her blades deep into his chest.

When the Black Priest fell, Bella rose, victorious yet unsatisfied. With blood-streaked hands and a face split in a smile of madness, she continued her eternal pursuit to claim the Father's blessing.

The Blood Moon was not yet done. Nor was she.
