I swang in the pole on the stage, surrounded by many men I didn't know. They gathered and tossed the bills onto the stage to tipped my performance.
The more I presented the dance and moved erotically, the more they paid.
Even though I had to share the money with the club owner and only got the pennies, I liked being around them and seeing their drooling face, watching me squirming on the stage or table.
They'd pay me uncontrollably, especially if I opened my thighs widely.
I calmed myself inside the private room after my last performance tonight. Other dancers, preparing for their performance, replaced my shift. They were buzzy bees and didn't care about the knock on the door, which made me open it briefly.
I was about to get home, but something prevented me from doing so.
A tall and well-built man stood before me with his eagle eye staring at me.
"I watched your performance," he said. I turned to the back, ensuring he was talking to me. "Can I come?"
I had no answer yet, but he stepped inside and was stunned when he saw many women before him—even some of them were naked. He spun his body and looked at me.
Even though I knew he was so shocked by what he saw—I could see he was pale—his face didn't change. He looked calm, even cold.
"Are you a virgin?" he asked me in a husky, soft tone—even half whisper, so he and I could hear it. I just frowned, looking at him, who looked at me intently with his mesmerizing gaze.
I felt like something pulled me to get close to him, then I did it. I swayed my step, eroding the distance between us.
"What did you say? You asked me if I am a virgin. What does it have to do with you? What if I am? Do you wanna pay handsomely to have sex with me?" I asked fearlessly, even though I could see a strange flash from the look in his eyes.
"I can't tell you here. Come with me." He grabbed my hand, dragged me to the corner of the club, and pinned me there. His eyes still looked at me before he finally took out something from his coat. "How much do you need? A billion?"
"Hold on, hold on! What is it about, seriously? Are you really wanna buy me?"
"Yes. For some professional matter."
"What kind of matter? I have to know before accepting your offer," I said. "Tell me what it is."
"Please be a surrogate for my heirs."
"What? Are you serious?"

I stood before the building, which looked like a castle. It looked like someone had never been there for quite a long time, and I tried not to think weirdly because this man was standing beside the car and opened the door for me.
"Let's come inside. Someone will go to your house to pack your things."
"I haven't even said yes to your offer, Mr—"
"Xavius Dawn. That's my name."
"Yeah, whatever. I didn't say I agreed to your offer, anyway. I'm just curious about the details, and you dragged me here."
"Please, come in. I'll tell you everything in my office." He extended his hand to welcome me without considering my words.
I was lost in my thoughts when I stepped into the building. My mouth gapped, and I couldn't control myself when I saw what was before me.
The modern interior design was far from the old castle-like exterior, leaving me in awe. My eyes darted all over the room, every corner, making sure I hadn't entered the wrong building, but the presence of the man beside me ensured I was in the right place.
"This way, please," he said, pointing with his hand. He was very polite and made me feel bad for being rude to him before. However, I couldn't believe what I saw outside, like this building.
Anything could happen, right?
"Are we going to talk about this now?" I glanced at the clock on my wrist, then returned my attention to him. At the same time, out of nowhere, I felt an unusual thrill. My goosebumps were bristling. "It's already too late."
"I'll make it quick."
The man then fell silent again. His jaw seemed to tighten as if there was something he was trying to hold back. However, I didn't have the guts to ask.
"As I told you on the way, I need a surrogate mother. I've tried to find anyone willing, but no one can reach the end." The man looked stunned for a while. "It only lasted a few days; then they gave up. Until I met your father."
"That bastard! What did he say to you that you decided to bring me here?"
The man didn't answer but instead handed me a paper that I read carefully and almost made my heart skip a beat.
"Your father had so much debt that he sold you to a club."
"You don't need to say that part, I already knew it."
"I'm not done talking yet. That club is mine."
"What? No way. I never saw you there."
"I asked my confidant to take care of it. But that's not important. What matters most is you. Your father has now handed you over to me, and I'm asking you to stop working at the club and stay here to bear children for me."
I snorted involuntarily as I heard the last line of his sentence. He was asking me to be a surrogate mother, which meant having sex with him—a stranger? Seriously!
"I don't want to."
"What did you say?"
"I told you I didn't want to. If you're in debt with my father, just settle it with him and leave me out of it. I've had it with this old fart who always victimizes me."
I got up and fixed my clothes before turning around. However, just as quickly and unexpectedly—I didn't even have time to predict how many seconds would take him to stand before me—the man was already standing tall in the doorway with his gaze fixed on me.
"I'm not bargaining, Alejandra. The deal is made, and you can't escape even if you want to because you are mine now. Therefore, surrender and do as I say or else I will destroy your life with ease. I'll start with your sister."
