Chapter 6: Recognition and Growth

The sun cast its golden rays over Aryan's neighborhood as he made his way to school. His strides were confident, his mind brimming with excitement after his recent achievements.

As Aryan entered the classroom, the usual morning chatter of students filled the air. His best friend, Zayn, was already seated, leaning back in his chair with a mischievous grin.

"Morning, Aryan. You look unusually pumped. What's the occasion?Don't tell me you have already learned the fist technique master Kieran showed us the other day.p" Zayn teased.

"You'll see," Aryan replied cryptically, a small smile playing on his lips.

He headed straight to Ms. Elara's desk, where the teacher was sorting through a stack of papers. "Ms. Elara, may I have a word with you?"

She looked up, surprised by his serious tone. "Of course, Aryan. Is something wrong?"

"Not at all," Aryan said, his voice steady. "I just wanted to inform you that I successfully learned the fist technique Martial Artist Kieran demonstrated yesterday."

For a moment, Ms. Elara simply stared at him, her pen frozen mid-air. Then she blinked. "What? Aryan, are you joking? That technique is incredibly advanced!"

"I can prove it," Aryan replied confidently.

Ms. Elara wasted no time. "Wait here. I need to contact Martial Artist Kieran immediately."

Word spread like wildfire across the school. Within half an hour, the elite martial artist, Kieran, walked into the classroom, his presence commanding immediate attention. Students straightened in their seats, and a hush fell over the room.

Kieran's sharp eyes scanned the crowd until they landed on Aryan. "So, you're the one claiming to have learned the technique I demonstrated yesterday?"

Aryan stepped forward without hesitation. "Yes, sir."

Kieran's lips twitched into a smirk. "A bold claim for someone your age. Let's see if you can back it up."

He gestured toward the training ring in the classroom. Aryan took his position, his heart steady despite the dozens of eyes watching him. He focused, recalling every detail of the technique he had mastered.

As Aryan began the sequence, his movements were fluid, his strikes precise. Each punch carried a force that seemed to resonate through the room. When he finished with the signature finishing blow, a gust of wind rippled outward, startling the onlookers.

Kieran's expression shifted from skepticism to genuine astonishment.

"Impressive," Kieran admitted, stepping into the ring. "But learning the movements isn't enough. Let's test your application."

He launched a quick jab, which Aryan deflected effortlessly using the technique's defensive stance. Kieran followed with a feint and a sweeping kick, but Aryan anticipated the move, sidestepping with precision.

When Kieran finally stepped back, a grin spread across his face. "You've truly mastered the basics of this technique. In all my years, I've never seen such talent in someone so young."

The room erupted into applause, but Kieran wasn't done. He turned to Aryan, his expression serious. "With talent like yours, you're wasting time here. Join my martial arts dojo. I can help you reach heights you've never imagined."

Aryan hesitated. He respected Kieran's skills and appreciated the offer, but he had his system—a secret he wasn't ready to share.

"Thank you, sir," Aryan replied with a polite bow. "But I need time to consider."

Kieran nodded, though there was a hint of disappointment in his eyes. "Fair enough. But remember, opportunities like this don't come often."

True to his word, Kieran handed Aryan the reward: 10 middle-grade energy bars. Aryan's hands trembled slightly as he accepted them. Each bar was equivalent to 10 low-grade ones—enough to sustain him for weeks.

Aryan returned home in high spirits. His parents, Mira and Kael, noticed his excitement the moment he walked through the door.

"Something good happened today?" Kael asked, looking up from his newspaper.

"You could say that," Aryan replied, placing the energy bars on the dining table.

Mira's eyes widened. "Are those… middle-grade energy bars? Aryan, where did you get those?"

He recounted the day's events, from mastering the technique to impressing Kieran. His parents listened with a mix of pride and disbelief.

"You've always been talented," Mira said, her voice tinged with emotion. "But this… this is something else."

Kael nodded in agreement. "Just remember to practice well and don't slack off. Don't get arrogant, always remember there is always someone better "

Aryan smiled. "I know, Dad. I won't let it get to my head."

After dinner, Aryan retreated to his room. He sat at his desk, staring at the system interface. His newfound resources and accomplishments had reignited his determination.

He selected the Fierce Gale Fist from his system menu.

[Falling Star Fist: Level 1 → Level 2 (Cost: 100 Evolution Points)]

He confirmed the upgrade. Instantly, a surge of knowledge flooded his mind, refining his understanding of the technique. He clenched his fist, feeling the newfound power coursing through him.

Next, he turned his attention to the Vital Wave Breathing Technique.

[Vital Wave Breathing: 100% (Upgradable) (Cost: 100000 Points)]

The moment he confirmed the upgrade, his breathing deepened, His entire body seemed burning. His cells were like breaking and rebuilding, they were brimming with energy. But then

[Ding!Warning, the energy in the host's body is not enough, and immediately take external energy ]

Hearing this notification, Aryan came to his senses and put an entire energy bar in his mouth. Like a volkano the energy rushed in his body. The cell breaking and rebuilding process sped up. It was painful but also had a unique pleasure. Aryan gritted his teeth and waited to finish the process.

After 30 minutes, the process came to a stop. His back was drenched with sweat. He went to the washroom, took a warm shower, then came to his bed again to check his result..

When he finally opened his system panel, the results were clear:

[Name: Aryan Osmont]

[Cultivation: Ordinary Human (Foundation Phase)]

[Strength: 200 kg]

[Breathing Technique: Energy Surge Breathing (Platinum)]

[Proficiency: 1%]

[Energy production rate: 2000 points per minute ]

[Fist Technique: Star falling fist level 2)]

[Evolution Points:4900]

When he saw the changes in the panel he was surprised. Because his strength had reached 200 kg. Which was a huge leap. His breathing technique was upgraded to a new grade.

So after the diamond,it is the platinum grade he thought. His proficiency had come down to 1% again.

He noticed another change, that was his technique now could produce energy without finishing any cycle. It was a good thing. He could cultivate more efficiently now.

Then he looked at the shop to see if anything new had unlocked.

When he looked at the skill section, he saw something amazing, which all system users should have.

"Wah,Now we are talking about."He was looking forward to using this skill.
