Eudora
It has been a long day of class, and I am looking forward to a hot shower. I step into the steaming shower and exhale a relaxing breath. There was so much information to absorb from my classes today. I reach for my shampoo and work it into my scalp, massaging my head. As I'm rinsing the shampoo, I look down, and realize something is wrong. The water rolling off of me is green. I turn off the water and step out. The bathroom mirror is fogged up, so I grab a towel and wipe it. Looking back at me in the mirror is my face, but instead of my long shiny silver hair, my face is framed by green. Holy shit my hair is green. I instantly know who must have put green hair dye into my shampoo bottle. Madison and her lackeys. Rage fills me and I see red. This jealous bitch is going to pay.
I crash out of the bathroom and stumble upon Charlotte reading in the common room. She takes one look at my vexed face and fear floods her features. Seeing the fear in her eyes takes the edge off of my anger. I know I need to work off this anger before I do something rash. I turn from Charlotte and run into my room quickly getting dressed in workout clothing before leaving the dorm. I rush down the stairs and out into the cold night air, then I run all the way to the small town a few miles from campus. The moonlight and physical exertion help me regain control, but I am still pissed. Once I reach town, I walk down the main street until I notice a building that holds exactly what I need. The cute workout studio is well lit with a pink and purple color scheme and a neon sign with a pole dancer on it doctorates the back wall. I sign up for the next class, which starts in 10 minutes, then take a seat and wait. As I am waiting for the classroom to open, Olivia walks into the studio. Shit! I did not want to see one of Madison's lackeys right now. She might even be the one who put the green dye in my shampoo. Before my anger can over take me again, Olivia walks right up to me.
"I am so sorry about Madison. Her attack on you was out of line." Olivia says. "She was the only female shifter at the school last year and she really liked the attention. Having another female shifter here drives her crazy."
"Don't make excuses for her." I retort. "Why are you friends with her anyway?"
"It was fun being friends with a powerful female shifter. I liked that we got invited to all the parties and she protected me. Last year her pranks started out as harmless fun, but they shifted into bullying." Olivia explains. "She ruled the school. Girls who she didn't like or girls who stood up to her ended up ostracized. I didn't want that to happen to me."
I kind of understood where Olivia was coming from. Growing up, I would have done anything to be part of Jayden and Aren's duo. They always seemed so cool and I wanted to be included in their games. When they eventually started hanging out with me, I was overjoyed. "I guess I'm still afraid of what will happen if I cross her." Olivia finishes.
"She's not as powerful as she was last year. Jayden publicly rejected her. You don't have to fear her." I reply.
Olivia bites her bottom lip. "I know, but I don't know if I am ready yet. For now, can we just be secret friends?"
"We can try. Let's start by keeping our enjoyment of pole dancing just between the two of us."
"Deal." Olivia looks relieved. "By the way, the hair dye should come out easily with a little bit of baking soda. I have some you can borrow back at the suite."
The class starts and I am impressed by Olivia's athleticism. She really knows her way around a poll. I started pole dancing last year, when I realized the pack I was stationed in had a class I could take. After years of being sheltered on my father's estate and then going straight into an all female troop of the military, I wanted to do something rebellious. Pole dancing classes were the perfect way for me to rebel, without actually doing anything that would get me in trouble. I fell in love with pole after only a few classes, because of how strong and sexy it makes me feel.
After class, I ask Olivia if she wants to walk home together, but she says she already has plans in town. I decide since I am already in town, to explore a little more. The seaside town has a main street that is lined with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. A river cuts parallel to the sea, the long way through the town on its way to the ocean, dividing the town into two parts. One side of the river is the downtown area and the other side is mostly houses. During the day the colorful shops are bustling, but at night, twinkle lights shine over the streets providing the place with a more romantic feel. Walking around, I smile to myself. I inhale a deep breath of the night air through my nose and out my mouth, reveling in the peace I feel. I am starting to enjoy spending time with only myself. I can go into any stores I want and take my time, instead of being ushered around by my mother.
As I am walking by a row of boutiques, a silky purple formal dress in one of their windows catches my eye. Homecoming is only a few weeks away, so I decide to enter the store and try it on. As soon as the soft fabric falls around my body and I look in the mirror, I know this dress was made for me. Leaving the store, bag in hand, I continue making my way through town.
I pass a cafe with large front windows and glance inside. I notice Olivia in there sitting across from a guy. She must be on a date. The guy turns slightly, and I can see his face. It's Aren. Disappointment fills me. How could Aren be on a date with Olivia? Yeah she's pretty, and it turns out she's not completely evil, but this still feels like a betrayal. I quickly move past the window and start the walk back to campus. As I'm walking I stew in my thoughts. Aren kissed me, how could he be out with another girl? That kiss didn't mean anything, he was only healing you. My voice of reason argues. He's never shown any real interest in you. He can see other women if he wants to. Besides, you agreed to go to a party tomorrow with someone else. I let out a loud sigh. I should focus on my date with James. He seems nice and he's actually shown interest in me. Besides, now that I am at the Academy I have the opportunity to meet guys and go on dates before the potential mate strings appear. I can't only talk to my brother and Aren. Comforted by my own logic I decide to focus on dating.
Once I get back to the suite I find Gia in the common room reading.
When I enter she looks up and immediately jumps to her feet. "Oh goddess, what happened to your hair." In the shock of seeing Olivia on a date with Aren, I completely forgot about my green hair.
"Just another way Madison is trying to torment me." I respond. "Olivia says she'll help me get it out, once she gets home."
"So we are friends with Olivia now?" Gia looks at me with trepidation.
"We have a tentative ceasefire with her." I respond. "She doesn't seem to support Madison's actions, but she's still afraid of crossing her."
"I'll play nice for now, but if she pulls any shit at all, I will give back to her what she has done ten fold."
"That seems fair."
Not long after, Olivia enters the room.
"Oh hey, let me grab that baking soda from my room. Want to meet me in the bathroom?" Olivia smiles sheepishly.
Once I am clean, degreened, and back in my room, I tell Gia about seeing Olivia with Aren and my new found resolution to date. She was shocked to learn that I have never been on a date or fooled around with a guy.
"Yes girl. It's unnatural to have as little experience as you do with guys. Shifters are a pretty horny bunch. I'm surprised you haven't spontaneously combusted from horniness. I can just imagine you seeing a shirtless guy and then poof, you're suddenly dust." Gia says.
I laugh at the image. "Well there are other ways to deal with hormones than hooking up with guys. More effective ways, if the gossip from the girls in my troop was accurate."
"Oh yes there are other ways." Gia states knowingly. "They are effective, but not nearly as fun as getting off with a partner."
"I'm surprised the girls in your troop weren't all hooking up with each other. All those hot, young, and fit girls sharing a room. Sounds like the start of a porno."
"A lot of them did hook up with each other." I blush. "I even watched it a few times."
"You dirty dog you!" Gia giggles with glee. "You're not as innocent as you seem."
"I never participated, I was too nervous, but it was hot to watch." I admit. "I even masterbaited while watching it once."
"Did you use your fingers or a toy?" Gia inquires seriously.
"Both, I started with my fingers, but as things heated up I brought out a toy. I think they liked that I was watching and playing with myself."
"I mean yeah, that sounds soooo hot." Gia responds. "What is your favorite toy? How many do you have? My favorite is my rabbit. I have a whole collection though. When I meet a hot guy, I like to buy a new toy and name it after him. Then, I like to fantasize about the guy while I pleasure myself."
"I don't know if that is hot or weird."
"Oh trust me, it is hot."
"Okay, well my favorite toy is the one that just vibrates right on my clit."
"Nice, we'll have to compare collections sometime. Maybe you can even get off while watching me with a guy." Gia winks at me.
"I can't deny that it is a very tempting offer." The thought of watching Gia get stuffed by a guy makes a heat pool between my legs. All I've ever seen was girl on girl. I don't even know what sex with a man would be like, but I have definitely tried to imagine it.
"You could borrow my dildo that I named after the guy while you watched." Gia grins at me.
"Okay hot. We have to change the subject before I spontaneously combust." I grin back at Gia. I really hope this fantasy becomes a reality.
