"You've been… making quite an impression today, Iris."
[The voice inside your head wants to say something]
[The voice inside your head #!@# ru@#$n]
[----]
I took a small step back. I have no idea whether to feel relieved or more anxious.
"Impression? What do you mean?" I asked hesitantly.
Exian's eyes glint with purple as he steps closer, his movement, firm. I can't help but feel the weight of his gaze as if he sees right through me.
"I know there's something about you. A single low-tier? In the Silverflower? They wouldn't dare to let any peasants in here. Yet here you are."
A chill runs down my spine as the air grow even heavier.
"Now you think you're hiding it, but the power has a way of revealing itself, even if you don't want it to." His voice speaking amusement.
"I don't know what you're talking about. There's nothing special about me." I replied.
Exian tilts his head slightly, his expression unreadable. The smile on his face widens, just a fraction.
"We'll see how far you'll go." He said softly.
Suddenly my head starts to spin. I was overwhelmed with thoughts.
What did he mean?
Why did he look at me like that?
I tried to steady myself, but everything around begins to blur. My legs give out, and before it can make sense, everything fades to black.
