It would be 1,000,000 years after the seven days of creation. After those days, the world would change drastically, experiencing events that not even the Gods could have dreamed of.
The whole planet had been struck with humanity's disregard for its health and so they would pay the price. Our story takes place in Japan, also now called Saigo no ie. Japan during the time would go through a technological revolution. Coming from the latest tech from a company called QuantumTech. This would introduce more practical and more life-changing technology, such as the Brain wire, which allows people to connect to their devices such as phones and computers using only their brains and thoughts. There were also the new self-driving cars, planes, and trains which were all operated via QuantumTech's main server, the hive.
These would also reach the other countries, however their graceful and easy going usage would soon turn vile. As not even nearly 10 years after the United States would weaponize the tech and incite fear into the other countries to such a degree that it wouldn't spark not one, but two world wars. World War 4 and 5. Which would not only see the United States completely destroyed via nuclear warfare, but also due to 9.7 magnitude earthquake that was caused via the nukes dropping. This earthquake was felt from the US all the way to Africa and lasted for nearly 4 months straight, destroying the cities of both continents.
Years later the civilizations would see their demise, not only due to the radiation from the nuclear war and cyber-attacks leaving them technological broke, but also from the immediate rising of the seas.
All of the United States would be flooded due to it, with Canada suffering the same fate. Japan during the conflict while also taking a good brunt of the force, decided to sacrifice its technological stability for survival. Creating what are now called the holy gates. Which are 30,000 feet tall, the created a new foundation for the city which lifted it above the current seat level by about 800 feet. The entirety of Japan would be changed from the events. However, the most detrimental part of all of the things that happened, was the mass disappearance of men across the world. It wasn't like an sort of alien invasion happened, or that they had all just decided to abandon the human race as a whole. They just all vanished.
Now within the current time, the day was dark, not a glimmer of light coming through the sky. The skyscrapers of the city went high above the clouds, they looked obelisks. Giant structures that looked to neither be coming from the ground or the sky. They were just there, existing in their space. The streets were only illuminated by the streetlights and the lights from restaurants and buildings. The streets were busy, filled with people lining nearly every other corner. The sounds of high-tech vehicles going down the street were the music that filled the air, with the chatter and gossip from others being the melody behind it all. Black boots would stomp on the ground as they walked through the streets. A woman with black hair with a red tint on the inside walked down the street, her attire being close to that of officer yet also mixed with a darker BDSM getup. Her eyes were dark, the only glint in them being from the shine of the lights of the world around her.
She'd continue to walk, her eyes traveled around the street. Seeing women from just about every walk of life. Some women were like christmas trees, decorated with high-tech prosthetics, fake skin and even cybernetic eyes. Some were still completely flesh, but were either so dressed up that they didn't even look like they lived in the same city or were so broken down and downtrodden that you couldn't compare them to what a woman should naturally be.
The woman would then stop as she got a message on a wrist device, she looked at it and would see a caller ID appear on it. Someone by the name of Gammi. She would press a ring button answering the call.
"This is Jenny." said the woman as a screen popped up on her wrist device and showed the face of the one who called, Gammi. Gammi was sitting in a vehicle of sorts. Gammi has pink braided hair, her eyes being a almost haunting yellow as well. She, just like Jenny, wore the same uniform as her.
"Hey girl! Whats going on? You on your way to the warehouse?" asked Gammi. "I was until you just called." said Jenny.
"Oh no, I haven't held you back by a few feet, hehe." giggled Gammi while Jenny rolled her eyes. Jenny kept walking as she talked to Gammi.
"You hear anything from Beatrice?" asked Jenny. Gammi grabbed a small glass beverage in front of her. She gave it small whiff before sipping from it as Jenny would walk across the street with cars flying past her. Gammi looked at her wrist device and tapped on a few points on it before then expanding it. A large holographic showing of her location in action, while also showing an area around her going out in every direction by 300 miles.
Gammi reached in her pocket and pulled out a cnack pack, which were a small packet of gummies, cookies and even chocolate bits. She looked at the projection and got a notification via a red dot. She then swiped over and saw that the red dot was on the outskirts of a warehouse. She ate her cnack pack before answering Jenny.
"Shes already there. No doubt sniffing around that place. I'll be there in 5 minutes." Gammi answered. "Roger that, let her know I'm on my way." Jenny said before hanging up.
"Hey can you-...Did she just hang up on me?! GOSH! What a jerk." Gammi said as she tapped on the class separating her and the driver of the vehicle. "Hey! Speed it up! I have a job ya'know." Gammi said as she leaned back and continued to digest her cnack. Jenny would eventually arrive at the location of the warehouse. The surrounding area was desolate, almost not even a soul in sight. The streetlights didn't even reach this side of the city thats how far away it was. Trash littered the ground, as Jenny walked up to it she would step on a needle that cracked under her feet. She looked at it before continuing forward. As she moved ahead she'd see the warehouse was massive. It even had a walkway that connected to another two that were in close proximity.
"Damn, this place is fucking massive." Jenny thought before then seeing in the corner of her eye a shadow move in the darkness. She turned her head to the right and saw someone walking towards her.
She grabbed her N9-pistol on her side, she didn't immediately pull it out but waited in anticipation. Thats when the figure would fully come out of the darkness to reveal-
"Beatrice." Jenny said. The woman walking out had dark purple hair in a ponytail like fashion. Her outfit was similar to Jenny and Gammi's too. Except unlike them, she had a black collar on around her neck. Her face was hanging down as she walked over slouched. She was much taller then Jenny, by almost two whole feet.
"Hello there Captain." Beatrice said. Jenny nodded as she folded her arms. Thats when a car would drive up and stop. It was a FT-Taxi or just taxi for short. On the top of it strapped on, was a large black tarp which looked to be containing something. Gammi would kick open the door of the taxi before slamming it. She then pulled down the large object from the top of the taxi. "B! Catch!" Gammi shouted as she threw the large tarped object to Beatrice who caught it with one hand. Jenny and her watched as Gammi punched in the window to the taxi and pulled the female driver by the collar.
"NEXT TIME YOUR BITCH ASS DECIDES TO PULL OVER TO TALK TO SOME RANDOM BITCH ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, I'LL TEAR YOUR ASSHOLE OUT FROM YOUR FUCKING JAW! CAPICHE!?" shouted Gammi as she then threw the woman back and tossed her money for the ride in her face, kicked the front of the car and then walked over to Jenny and Beatrice.
Jenny checked her wrist device and then looked to Gammi who was livid on her late arrival. "Late, huh and look at that, by 5 minuets. I'm disappointed in you Gammi." Jenny said with Gammi's face being one of straight disgust and frustration.
"Lets try to be better next time." Jenny said. Gammi rolled her eyes as she grabbed the tarped object from Beatrice. All three of them now were standing at the front the warehouse.
