Jason's POV
Lying down on the bed, I found myself thinking about my first month in Marvel.
Yeah, today's the last day of March points are finally accumulated for a new spin.

Worm x1]
Both templates are assimilated, which means I can finally start putting another template card into a slot if I manage to get one.
Since this is a specific mode, even though it's one-time use, the chances of pulling templates are higher.
Just hoping for something useful. Not that there's a shortage of characters to pick from, but still...
"Alright, let's spin," I muttered, watching as the points dropped to zero.
1. Sherrel Bailey
2. Contract Card x9
3. Eidolon Mask
4. Licit
5. Gender Bender Card x2
6. Circus Costume
7. Francis Krouse
8. Colin Wallis Shard Power
9. Assimilation Slot
10. Exchange Mode
Not the best, but definitely not bad.
There are even three character cards a Tinker, a Shaker, and a Mover. All of them are templates since I am not going to summon them.
Sherrel's a Tinker who specializes in vehicles. Sure, she's all about crazy augmentations, but that doesn't mean she can't work on smaller stuff too.
Maybe I could finally make my own Batmobile.
Honestly, everything's cool until the wheels start rotating sideways it's been years, and that's still one of the best designs ever.
With a vehicle Tinker on board, building something like that wouldn't be impossible.
In fact, vehicles cover a vast category, including spaceships, which serve as a mode of transportation in space.
Licit is a Shaker who can create forcefields.
The cool part?
He can control who can pass through them.
The downside?
They're not exactly Hulk-proof. One punch from someone like him, and it's game over.
Maybe even a continuous punch from Spidey could crack it.
Plus, the range is limited around 20 feet or line of sight .
The last template is Trickster. His powers are similar to the Rinnegan's swapping ability, he can swap anything within his line of sight as long as the masses are similar, including himself.
Though, the difference in mass can slow down the swapping process.
While they may not be the best character cards, they're still quite useful.
I also got Armsmaster's power , yes not shard but power, maybe copy. It could be really useful for creating suits and weapons.
So now, I can start thinking about my suit design.
The mask and costume aren't really useful.
The rest are standard gacha items gender bender and contract cards from last time.
The assimilation slot means I can now progress with two templates at the same time.
And the best card?
It's a gacha function that lets me exchange $60 for 30 points every 30 days.
That means I can get 20 cards each month.
So what did I do next?
I instantly took money out of pause and exchanged it.
Gacha Points: 30
As the points decreased, I checked the cards from normal mode since worm mode disappeared.
1. True or Lie (Darwin's Game)
2. Umbrella (Kingsman)
3. Light Cycle (5th Gen) (Tron)
4. Slade Wilson (DC Universe)
5. Blackwhip (MHA)
6. Pawny (MIB)
7. Package: Hermione Granger (Harry Potter 7)
8. Holo Watch (Megamind)
9. Frostcrawler (Slugterra)
10. Traveling Card (Animated Series)
So, what did I do today?
Managed to score five templates in total three from Worm and two others.
Not bad, right?
Let's get one thing straight I'm not summoning Hermione.
Why would I when I can just assimilate her to gain access to magic?
Like, come on it's magic!
Who wouldn't want that?
The package includes her character card and her wand. While the destruction level isn't crazy at least from what was shown it's still solid. Magic like hers can increase space, enable teleportation, invisibility, and a bunch of other neat tricks. Sure, she's not as experienced as Snape or Dumbledore, but she's got way more knowledge than most at her age.
The other standout card is Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke the OG Deadpool inspiration.
A mercenary and ex-soldier who didn't follow the Captain America path after his own enhancements. The guy's a total badass, someone who can go toe-to-toe with Batman.
Why "with" Batman?
Because let's be real everyone knows who keeps DC's lights on.
Slade's experience is what really sets him apart. The dude has faced all kinds of metas. Without hesitation, I put him in the assimilation slot alongside Trickster. Yeah, I want magic, but I need immediate powers first.
The items I got are holo Watch Megamind used to escape, umbrella used by Kingsmen, bike from troy.
Useful are each one of them.
Specially the watch, i will check it later.
From the anime, both are powers. True or Lie lets me know if someone is lying, but only if the speaker is aware they're lying and isn't being controlled by someone else.
It means if he believes water is orange, the ability will not have any effect.
The other is a quirk , the one used by izuku to become spider man.
Allow me to create energy tendrils from any part of my body.
While it shows to get stronger if user is angry, I do need to check if it can if I stay more focus.
Definitely useful.
Then I get two creatures again, first is pawny from men in black international, yeah the chess peace.
And other is a ice slug from Slugterra, one of my favourite series.
I will bring them out soon.
And last is a traveling card , allowed me to go to any animated series for a month.
Animation includes everything be it anime or cartoon.
I have to pick wisely since I lack power manipulation. A world like MHA wouldn't be the best choice for now.
With my Tinker ability, I need to pick a world that combines advanced technology with superpowers.
I'll think it through later. For now, I need some rest.
