NATE'S POV:
Run. You have to escape.
That was the only thought going through my head, as I kept running through the woods, trying to find my way out. But it was no use, because no matter how much I ran, somehow, I still kept getting back in front of the mansion's gate. It was like all the paths lead to this place, this place which I was so desparately trying to escape. How could I be so naïve to let those men decieve me like that? But then again, I had never been the smartest person alive.
My phone had no service and there was no other way for me to contact anyone. I had finally managed to get out of the mansion today, thinking I had decieved those devils. But no, I should have known better. They would not let me leave easily like that. It must have been hours since I had been running, trying to find my way out. I finally stopped, realizing that as long as those five bloodsuckers were living inside that mansion, there was no way to escape it.
They were no Edwards and I was no Bella. This was no Twilight. This was not a vampire and mortal love story. No, this was a nightmare. A nightmare I really wanted to get out of.
Tired from all the running I had been doing, I put my hand on the mansions gate, leaning on it to support myself and tried to catch my breath.
"Come on, Natie, you have played enough today. It's time to come back home now." A voice called out from behind.
I knew who it was. He was the one who enjoyed tormenting me the most out of those five devils. It gave him a rush, he said.
Taking a deep breath, I turned around, coming face to face with the devil.
Daniel.
It was a full moon tonight and his pale skin dazzled like diamonds, as the moonlight fell upon him. He was wearing simple silk pajamas yet looked so enchanting. His eyes sparkled with mischief and his tempting red lips were twisted into a taunting smirk, as he kept his gaze locked on me. He was enjoying watching me run like a fool for hours, I knew he was.
Him and his four diabolic friends were ethereal. They looked so beautiful and alluring, that anyone who saw them, would instantly fall in love. All of them looked heavenly. But that was the biggest irony about them because, all five of them, were the epitome of hell. There was nothing else heavenly about them aside from their physical appearance.
'Just so you wait, Daniel... I am going to escape you and your bloodsucker friends and this infernal place.'
