Garult and Deet who had been shocked by how quickly Larius had died now came to terms with the gravity of the situation before them. Their opponent was a beast skin dressed in battle wear and armed with a pair of shorts words. From the figure's shape it could be seen to be a female as she had curves at certain angles. The sun was setting and adding a saturated colour to the forest making the puddle of blood look animated.
Beast kin was the title given to the humanoid beast creatures that inhibited a portion of the elf empire. They were know to keep to themselves and were quite territorial. Some scholars even indicated that they were one of the first species to lay claim to the world of magic. They were said to be savages but we're really like humans with animal accessories growing from parts of their body. They also had abilities that were superhuman and linked to those of the beast powers they had.
