Within the Buckingham palace Lili followed some maids along the long luxurious corridors with obedience and awe written all over her face. The maids were leading her somewhere while Wilhelm on the other hand had gone off to some other place. Well she was sure that they had explained it to her quite well, but she in her stupor of all that she saw there failed to hear much of anything that the maids said to her.
This was simply for the fact that never in her wildest of dreams or her past two lives for that matter had she seen such a luxurious place as this. All around her there were such exquisite things made with such care and fine craftsmanship unlike she had ever seen. But not only were there local things of such quality, but things clearly brought here from all over the world. Luxurious things of all sorts like fine vases, dishes, cups, clocks and so many more things made of gold and silver that had been moulded into the most exquisite forms imaginable, chandeliers of diamonds hung above her with small electrical lamps hidden within them that lit the corridors, furniture of the finest of designs were there also to be seen, walls were filled with fine pieces of art with frames of gold, even the very floor she walked upon was of such fine design as was the carpet that covered it.
And within the grand luxurious corridors she could even see the many servants going about the place have such healthy complexions, fat cheeks and such bright eyes and happy smiles. And even their servants uniforms were made of the finest of materials with no tears or patches to be seen on them.
Truly this place was marvellous and a good representation of this mighty empire of old and its vast wealth. Seeing it Lili was truly amazed, truly money was great and that what she had in her past life or the one before that could not compare. Honestly she doubted that even the 21st centuries presidents white house could even come anywhere near to this places splendor.
And while lost in thought she soon found herself undressed by the maids. Many gasps of amazement were heard as the maids saw her tight muscles and abs, something that she was quite proud of. But the maids being professional as they were merely gave her a few compliments and hurried her off into the bath. And not just any bath but a hot bath, which was her first time getting a hot bath in this life. Truly it was like heaven especially as the maids combed her hair and cleaned her nicely. After which came the drying of her hair and tying it into two twintails. Then finally came the fitting and picking of the right maid outfit for her.
An outfit that consisted of white underwear, white stockings, a maids black dress that came down to her knees, a white apron on top, a head ornament of a maid, some girlish black shoes and lastly a collar with a small bow tie on it. The maid outfit was not really British but seeing as she was a German Princes personal servant they decided on this different look.
And after it was all done and she was made to stand in front of a large mirror she was stunned. All around her maids were kyaaing and giving her praises, while she was feeling quite conflicted on this.
The outfit like everything here was so clean and made of the finest of materials. It even felt so comfortable, breathable and soft against her skin, but it looked so girly. Overall her appearance just screamed out cuteness and it disturbed her.
On one hand she liked it, she liked the look and the compliments she got, but most of all the look. But on the other hand it was so different from that what she had been in her past two lives. For her appearance didn't have a single hint of masculinity within it.
And as she stood there looking at herself with uncertainty and a feeling of insecurity, she then noticed that her feet were turned inwards like a true shy little girl. And she had a pitiful shy, but adorable girlish look on her face, her shiny deep blue eyes were big, her little button nose so cute, and lastly she noticed that her small dainty little hands were pulling at her own dress nervously. Oh god she looked so cute and girly just then.
In her past life she was so tall, full of muscle, she had women and babies with those women. People feared her and respected her like a god. But here people looked at her as if she were some cute little animal, a small harmless little white rabbit or something.
Oh god she was so small, so not intimidating at all, she was just cute and adorable. She was just a weak little girl who was feeling quite insecure of herself now. She wanted her ninja outfit back and to place it's hood upon herself so that she could hide from everyone's adoring gazes.
But then again this was exactly what she deserved. This was god's test for her and her punishment for doing all those horrible things in the past. Living like this was her way of repenting for all her wrongs.
It is clearly by gods design that he had made her like this, God clearly wanted to make sure that she could not turn back to her old ways or seriously threaten anyone in this life. After all as a weak little girl with only a healing ability and the force on her side in the 19th century it would be extremely hard for her to become an all powerful force of nature here like in her past medieval world of swords.
And so not to displease god she made sure to be obedient, be polite to others around her and to treat them with the respect that they deserved. So she made sure to thank the maids for their hard work. For which she got many happy smiles in return. Smiles that were followed with many compliments after which came the questions.
Questions about her relationship with the Queen Victoria, Wilhelm the second, the crown Prince and all? Was she a child of royalty or lower nobility, surely her being here meant that she was some important man's little girl, right?
Well to these questions all she could honestly say was that she was just Lili. She was but a girl who had been recently working at a brothel as their accountant, she had no family and now she was Wilhelms personal servant, although she had no formal agreements with him. And as was to be expected this left many of the maids looking confused, while others seemed sad for some reason. Seeing this Lili just asked the maids not to think about it too much and that it was fine if they just called her Lili as that was all that she was here.
In this life it was fine for her to not have any titles or family names. Lili was enough for her as that was clearly how god had intended it to be. Well for whatever reason the maids seemed now distressed and wanted to give her hugs, but she refused and instead insisted on being alone as she headed off to the garden for some peace and quiet.
Honestly she felt so lost and out of place here, but most of all she was conflicted. Surely she didn't deserve to be here not after all the bad that she had done in the past and after basically doing nothing here. These clothes, these kind people here and all were things that she didn't deserve. All she needed was to go to Germany and find Hitler. Just what was she even doing here now, just how long would she need to wait for her lives goal here to be done?
But as she sat there on a field of grass close to a beautiful lake with white swans swimming there, and with the Buckingham palace to her back and many trees and bushes further to her sides she did feel quite at peace. And though they were at the center of town the shrubbery and trees did quite a good job at keeping the noises of the city away.
The palace was also a good ways away behind her and there were no people around to disturb her, which was nice. Although she could feel the eyes of the royal guards watching her from the palace and those two gardeners working and chatting loudly far to the side of her.
Well nonetheless there she found peace and seemingly a good place to lay down and rest. After all she had been awake the whole night and done quite a lot and now she was absolutely exhausted. So as she lay down and closed her eyes she hoped for her chance to go to Germany to soon come.
But as she drifted off to sleep she started to feel a familiar presence approaching her. There were also others there as well, but as they got close they didn't disturb her and instead the familiar presence sent the others away and came to lay down next to her.
The presence was close, he was watching her with such affection. Affection that with every passing moment seemed to be growing within him and then she felt him lightly brushing at her hair. Then he even touched her cheek slightly and it felt so gentle. He was so gentle towards her, but why?
Then as of realising something he suddenly pushed himself right up against her and placed her head upon his arm to rest. He gave her warmth and a pillow in the form of his arm and it felt nice. After that he only held her lightly and let her rest there in peace.
But quickly a feeling of curiosity came upon her pushing her to open her eyes and as she did she immediately saw him there. Wilhelm dressed in a fancy black suit, with his short blonde hair pulled back was laying there next to her, looking at her with those bright blue eyes and an arrogant smile upon his face.
Seeing it Lili felt happy for but a moment until she realised the closeness of him to her. After which she immediately pushed at him and rolled away and got to her feet as she asked in German. "Wilhelm what are you doing?"
Wilhelm seemingly finding her actions merely amusing continued to smile as he lay on his side and casually said in German. "What, am I not allowed to lay next to my beautiful future bride as we enjoy the peacefulness of this place, the warmth of the summer sun and the warmth of one another's company?"
Hearing the boys shameless words Lili felt stunned and outraged. On one hand she felt slight happiness from hearing his words. To hear a nice boy and a prince no less say such words felt nice. But on the other hand she felt extremely disturbed to hear such a young boy, and a boy no less straight up saying such things to her was so weird. It felt so wrong that she couldn't help and immediately say.
"Your bride, what are you talking about? I'm nobody's bride especially not some little boy's. Don't be ridiculous and say such things to me."
Now Wilhelm seemed offended as he stood up to his feet and questioned her.
"What, how dare you. I'm not some mere boy, I'm the crown Prince of Germany and we already agreed that in return for me helping you, you would become mine."
Now Lili felt offended herself as she placed her hands on her hips and came before the prince. Then as she looked up at him she showed an unhappy pouting face to him as she said.
"I'm not yours, I'm nobodies, especially not some small boys who could not even hope to best me in a fair fight. I only agreed to be your servant and that's all."
Honestly the boy might have seemed nice and been stronger than her, but all things considered he most definitely wasn't stronger or better than she had been as a young boy of the same age in the past. Back then in the town of Segres she had trained like an absolute beast to be the best that she could have been back then. She trained so much that thanks to her training she was able to do that horrible thing to that entire family. This boy though had clearly trained, but nowhere near as well as she had back then and so she looked down upon him figuratively.
But as she said this an arrogant smirk suddenly came upon Wilhelm's face as he laughed and said. "Hahaha, oh yeah. Will see about that."
Then a sudden sense of slight danger came upon Lili and out of instinct she side stepped to the right, just barely dodging Wilhelm's hands that sought to grab her.
And before the boy could recover or do anything Lili struck. Grabbing a hold of Wilhelm's left wrist and elbow Lili quickly locked his arm in place. Then at the same time she placed her left foot Infront of Wilhelm's feet and as she pulled on his arm, he stumbled upon her left foot and quickly went crashing down to the grassy ground. And with him on the ground Lili made sure to keep a hold of his arm and tighten the arm lock as she stepped on top of the boy and made him scream with a small twist of his arm.
"Ahhhh! Damn let go!"
He yelled to her while Lili loosened her grip a little and simply commented. "See, like I said you cannot beat me. You might be stronger than me, that I can admit, but you are slow and lacking in skill. Now submit to me, do three taps on the ground and I will let you go."
But as she said this she felt only danger again causing her to tighten the lock again to a dangerous level. She feared that she would soon break the boys arm, but he wasn't relenting.
For whatever reason Wilhelm was now gritting his teeth as he struggled on the ground and tried to regain control of his hand. She could feel that the boy was pissed and then she felt something powerful flare up slightly within the boy.
Feeling it she was immediately reminded of herself in the past. Back then during her lowest and darkest of moments she had foolishly given into the darkness. Surely this boy didn't have the same darkness within him right?
Focusing her magic within her eyes and focusing her senses upon the boy. She then looked upon him and there within the center of his being she saw it. There was a light much like her own, except instead of it being pure white this one was a golden one. It radiated with power and seemed intent on connecting with the boys heart to complete their fusion, but it seemed to lack the ability to do so. She could also sense the force within the boy, but clearly the boy was completely unaware of both of these things.
And because of this the boy was weak, much like she had been in the past. He had potential just like she had in the past, but he was blind to this potential just like she had been and it was sad to see. It made her want to help, she wanted to show this boy his potential so that he could be whatever it was that he wanted to be.
But then the moment ended as a man spoke up in German saying. "Wilhelm what are you two doing? Who is this lovely young little girl?"
And as the man said this Wilhelm immediately calmed down as he looked up at the man and innocently said. "Oh hi uncle Heinrich. Mmm well me and Lili here were just playing as all. Isn't that right Lili?"
Hearing this Lili quickly came back into reality and looked upon the man before them. And just like what he sounded like, he indeed was a blonde German man with a short beard and a mustache, plus a fancy military uniform, oh and typical blue eyes.
Hearing Wilhelm call him uncle and seeing his fancy military uniform Lili immediately let go of Wilhelm and said. "Yes that's right. We were just playing around."
Stepping off of Wilhelm she quickly did a courtesy to the man and introduced herself to him hoping to avoid any punishment for this. Obviously fighting with a crown Prince was not a good idea, but amazingly enough the man didn't seem to mind at all.
Instead he actually stepped forward and with great interests said. "Oh so you are Lili. Your the one who flew from the Clock Tower right?"
Saying this the man quickly grabbed her dainty little hand and shook it while he said. "Oh when I saw you flying over our entourage as you did I thought it must have been a mighty eagle at first. But it was Wilhelm who rightfully quickly managed to point out that it was but you, a girl. Ho ho hoo, I thought it not to be possible but seeing you now with Wilhelm, I guess it was true after all. But just how did you do it, I've heard of planes but never have I heard of a human being capable of flight on his own. Oh my apologies, I'm Prince Heinrich, the Kaiser's younger brother. But feel free to call me whatever you wish, just please if you could, then do share your secrets with me. I will make sure to pay you handsomely for them."
Overwhelmed by the man's enthusiasm Lili didn't know what to say. But before she could say anything Wilhelm quickly pushed the man away and stepped in between them as he said. "Uncle please calm down, can't you see that your bothering her. And I already made a deal with her about the method which she used to fly so that secret is mine now. Besides your the Grand admiral of the German navy, flying shouldn't be one of your interest, only the seas should."
Hearing this Heinrich crossed his arms and said. "Don't be so close minded Wilhelm. Who knows maybe in the future man will no longer be using ships at all and we will all be merely flying in the skies. Besides on the high seas the one with the best technology within their ships rules and so I look to all possibilities in hopes of finding there an advantage that my fleet could use. But more importantly Grandma has called us for dinner, Lili included. We will continue our conversation there, now come."
After saying this Wilhelm quickly agreed and the man gestured for them to follow him inside. And as they did Wilhelm came to walk beside Lili as he asked. "So what did you do to my arm just then? It felt like I was trapped, and like my arm might have snapped at any moment just then?"
Hearing the question Lili was stunned as she asked. "Huh, so your not mad at me?"
Smiling back at Lili Wilhelm merely laughed lightly as he said. "Why should I be? I didn't lose to you and you even admitted that I was stronger than you, remember, so I technically win?"
Once again Lili was stunned by this boy. Somehow it seemed that he had totally turned his own clear defeat into a victory within his own head. Although she did suspect that this was but a lie of him trying to appear tough in front of her.
Thinking of this she did feel bad for the young boy. After all he was but a boy seemingly interested in a young girl not that much younger than he was. And so to the boys and her own surprise she bravely grabbed a hold of his right arm with her little dainty hands. Then she hugged his arm closely and said.
"I'm sorry Wilhelm, hopefully you can forgive me for what I did, but please understand that I meant no harm. I just wish you understand that I'm still young, I do not wish to be committed to anything serious. But if it's alright with you, then maybe we could be friends? Just you and me, and after that we can see what happens. So how does that sound my tall and strong young friend Wilhelm?"
Suddenly Wilhelm then stopped, he seemed conflicted, but then he looked to her and said. "Well I'm not one to make friends with girls. But I suppose with you I could make an exception, hehehe."
Hearing this instantly made Lilis little heart flutter in happiness and brought a happy smile upon her face, as Wilhelm then took a hold of her smaller hand and then they walked together into the Palace hand in hand as friends.
Doing this Lili felt so happy. To see Wilhelm with a smile on his face and to hold such a nice boys hand like so felt like she was redeeming her wrongs from her past life. She had been such a bad parent back then, but now with this boy she would do better as a sort of teacher and possible mother figure of his. Yes that's what she would be, she would become his teacher in the ways of his secret powers, she would be his protector and loving mother if need be.
