Introduction to Cakeverse 101

PS: Italics= hidden text.

— In about 15% of the human population exists a group of humans with an odd genetic mutation so strange that some people still consider them fable creatures.

They, through unethical means, have been observed to develop these changes during the on-stage of puberty, at about 11-15 years, not more, not less.

For forks, they lose their sense of taste, having to live through the curse of never enjoying a good meal. For cakes, perhaps less drastic, their tragedy comes from the fact that they are the only things folks can taste, making them prey.

— Cakes cannot tell they are cakes until they meet a fork, which usually isn't a pleasant experience. Only forks can identify a cake, and both groups cannot identify themselves, i.e., cakes cannot identify cakes, and forks cannot identify forks.

— Cakes come in different tastes— some spicy, some salty, most sweet, but regardless, they all taste delicious. So much so that once a fork has tasted a cake, they are guaranteed to never come back, constantly lusting for what they once had until they give in to their instincts and eat cakes.

— Luckily, eating doesn't fully entail cannibalizing, as every part of a cake tastes delicious. Their skin, hair, saliva, blood, flesh, organs, sexual fluids, everything apart from their feaces and urine.

Living cells, only cakey when on the body of a living cake, taste the most delicious. So much so that it requires an insane level of control to suppress the maddening desire to not consume.

Dead body cells (hair, nails, etc.) also taste delicious, but not as much as living cells.

A mix of both (epidermis of the skin, saliva, sweat, menstrual blood, sexual fluids, etc.) tastes more delicious than dead cells but less delicious than living cells.

Living cells are most filling, dead cells are less filling, and a mix of both is slightly more filling than dead cells but less filling than living cells.

— A fork can survive by eating normal food, they just can't taste it. But a starved fork will most definitely fall for its instincts and attack a cake unless held down and force-fed normal food. But even this is difficult, as at this stage, they tend to possess an inexplicable explosive strength capable of feats such as lifting about 600 pounds for 11-to-17-year-olds to 900 pounds for 20-to-60-year-olds. There is no exception. Once a fork is starved, all sense of self is thrown out of the window.

— Due to their prey-predator dynamics, once a fork tongue tastes a cake, the cake's body becomes paralyzed and enters into a state of fear. Only very few cakes can resist this situation, which is why, most times, even the most trained of cakes cannot escape the clutches of a fork once tasted (licked).

These instincts prevail even in a consensual situation, however, it becomes more of a sensual experience.

— During sexual intercourse, forks and cakes reach a state of euphoria where both experience heightened sensitivity, with forks also more aware of the deliciousness of their cakes.

Cakes are more likely to be submissive, and forks are dominant due to their biology.

— Realistically, it isn't possible for a cake to change taste no matter what, however, unethical experiments have shown that the invisible gene which causes the forks and cakes mutation can be manipulated mentally to an extent, albeit very difficult, and only with permission from the cake/fork.

Random Facts:

~ 5% of Cakes are more likely to be stubborn, and 5% of Forks are more likely to be kind.

~ Cakes and Forks are more likely to find each other attractive.

~ The population of Cakes is more than Forks.

~ The deeper you eat, the more likely you are to lose self-control. So, as a Fork, you shouldn't eat living cells, unless you trust self-control.

~ Forks, on average, have more self-control than Cakes and normals.
