After the death of Ria's Mom, she had to go live with her aunt. Ria didn't like her Aunt because she always maltreats her. Her Aunt makes her do all the work. Besides, she gat two daughters, whom were spoilt by their mom, Ria's Aunt.
Ria wish her parents weren't dead. She cried everyday in her small room. Ria is just 13years and she already gat enough bruises on her skin. She didn't know who to run to, No relatives. She always prayed to God to help her survive because of her Mom. She wasn't ready to give up, even if the pain was unbearable, but she had to bear the pain.
"Ria!!!!" Her Aunt called out. "Ma" Ria answered as she rushes out of the kitchen.
"Are you deaf?" Her Aunt asked in annoyance. "No, Ma" Ria said with her head down. "Mtchew! Prepare me a cup of tea" Her Aunt said. "Yes Ma'am" Ria said with her head still bowed down. Ria leaves for the kitchen, sadly. She sat on the floor and began to think of her Mom. " I Miss Mom" Ria said as she tries to prepare her Aunt's tea.
