The man with a striking red hair stood tall, a gleaming device cradled in his hands. Sunlight danced across his face, highlighting his perfectly chiseled features and enhancing his handsome appearance.
"Don't try anything stupid. You can't win against me…" [He said with a low growl.]
With a fluid motion, he transformed the device into a sleek bracelet that locked around his wrist. A radiant white glow surged from it, casting faint shadow across the ground.
"You – you're making a mistake Ethan. She'll kill you. I'm just a messenger, a slave for her." [Ref's voice trembled, fear lacing his words]
"Shhhh… I'm Ren, Ren Thorne, not Ethan." [The red – haired man replied, his tone icy.] " The Ethan you knew died a long time ago. This is my new identity. Call me, Ren." [His tone was razor – sharp, the named rolled off his tongue with a chilling finality.]
As Ren advanced, his movements were slow and deliberate, each step showcasing his lean, toned physique.
He wore a perfect combination of a sleek white coat with a high collar and gold accents, complemented by a crisp white shirt and a black cravat adorned with a golden brooch.
A white rose is pinned to his chest, adding a touch of elegance.
Gold buttons and chains embellish the coat, while a black belt with a gold buckle cinches his waist, giving him a regal and refined appearance.
He stopped in front of him, and conjured a dark aura sword in his hands.
"Any last wishes, Ref?" [He asked, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips, though his eyes filled with anger and vengeance.]
Ref trembled at the sight of the menacing sword.
"Ren – Ren, please calm down. Let's talk. I told you, I'm just a messenger of her, a slave for her. Please, I beg you. Please forgive me… please…" [Tears streamed down his face as desperation overtook him, and he collapsed to his knees.]
Ren looked at him silently for some moments, his cold blue eyes betraying no hint of compassion.
He pressed the sword's tip against Ref's neck. Ref's breath hitched, panic rising within him.
"Now, you're begging for your life? My sister Sara… do you remember her?" [His voice was soft, but it carried the weight of a storm.] "You killed her in front of me, and now you dare ask for forgiveness for your sins…" [The aura around the sword intensified, crackling with power.] "I warned you then, Ref. I will have my revenge."
"Ren, please… if – if you kill me, then – then, she'll not sit idly… you don't know her power, she will destroy you…" [Ref stuttered, his voice quaking with fear.]
Ren remained silent; the tip of his dark aura sword still poised at Ref's neck. With a swift motion, he retracted the sword but did not dismiss it entirely. Ref gasped for breath as relief and dread battled with him.
"So, you're telling me you're her messenger?" [Ren locked his eyes with Ref, his gaze unwavering.]
"Yes, I'm her messenger. You could say I'm her personal slave. Her name is Advika Celestial. She's a god who controls everything. She possesses immense powers. She can annihilate anything with a mere flick…" [Ref began to rise slowly, his body quacking.]
"With a flick, eh? I see…" [Ren's sword vanished, but the tension lingered in the air.]
As Ref stood fully upright, trembling, Ren raised his fingers into a flick position, summoning a dark surge of energy that pulsed with ominous power.
With a flick of his wrist, he sent the dark sphere hurtling toward Ref, striking him directly in the chest.
"RENNNN..."
Ref's final cry echoed as his body began to dissolve into dust. An immense pain surged through him, stretching endlessly, as though it extended into eternity. He felt his essence fragmenting, turning to nothingness, yet the pain was unbearable.
"I'm her essence of power, Ren, and you've sealed my fate. She now knows you've killed her essence. She'll come for you… and you'll wish you'd never crossed her! You cannot escape her wrath, even if you grow stronger." [His voice broke into maniacal laughter before his body disintegrated entirely, collapsing into a pile of dust.]
Within moments, Ref had completely disintegrated, his remnants scattering into the air, leaving Ren standing in the silence of the field. He watched as the dust swirled and mingled into the air.
Ren stood there silently for some moments. The only voice was the soft rustling sound of the wind. He was standing in the middle of the field. The sun still shining above him. He looked up at the sky and closed his eyes, standing there alone.
Suddenly, the wind shifted, changing its direction and started flowing with fierce energy. Ren's silky red hair, flowing with the wind. Dark clouds gathered ominously, overshadowing the sunlight, and lighting began to crackle. The sound of thunder filled the atmosphere.
Opening his eyes slowly, Ren gazed into the gathering storm, a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips,
"So… you're finally coming for me, Advika Celestial..." [He whispered.]
The storm answered with a deafening roar.
