The next day, she cooked breakfast and set up the table.
Josh came down after finishing his morning routine. They sat face to face to each other on the chair.
While they were eating, she said " I'm going back."
Josh dropped his utensils he was holding from too much shock.
He immediately started wailing because he thought she is going to leave him and go back to that guy.
" You're leaving me ? " He asked with his eyes filled with tears.
" What??? No!!! I'm going back to my house." She face palmed herself as she said.
" Why are you going back ? They are really bad to you." He asked while wiping his tears.
" I'm going back to get what belongs to me." { After all if I want to get back on those people I got to have power in my hand.} She thought.
"Fine, then." He knew she had her own matters to deal with and keeping her to himself won't help it.
" But you will come to visit me once in a while, right?" He asked.
"Of course, silly. Who could even forget a cutie pie like you ?" She patted his head gently from the other side of the table.
After sending him to work, she went upstairs into her room.
She opened her wardrobe and picked out a strapped body fitting mini black dress she has recently bought.
She wore it and stood in front of the mirror and first thing she said about it was "this dress is too short."
And tried to pull the dress down a bit but it would come right back on its original size after all, its called mini dress for a reason.
After a while, she gave up on the pulling and looked herself in the mirror.
The woman on the reflection looked so alluring with her long black hair, her cat like eyes with striking ocean blue eyes and the dress bringing out the curves she naturally had.
She suddenly remembered why she chose to hide her beautiful face.
It was when she was just six years old.
{She brought home a golden medal from her primary school for getting the first place in running competition during sports day.
Her mother wasn't home (as always) so, she excitedly show it her father hoping to get some compliments out of him but to her surprise, he glared at her and threw the medal he was holding right into her face ,scratching and causing it to bleed and said " GROSS !! STOP SHOWING ME THAT AWFUL FACE OF YOURS, YOU DISGUSTING CREATURE."}
[That day, her confidence on herself was completely shattered into pieces and she believed that she was someone who deserved to be hated and loathed by everyone.
After all, her own father abhorred her so much so, she must be the one who was at fault.]
But now,since she had decided that she will not be bullied by anyone again. She will show them that she is no longer a pushover anymore.
With this determination she stepped out of the house grabbed a cab to reach her destination.
