After reaching the home he opened the door and says in a high voice 'I am home! Mom, Sister, are you there?' while wearing off his shoes at the doorway.

In calm and cheering voice, a middle-aged woman with brown eyes and black hair wearing an apron and normal home clothes respond back and asked.
It was Alex mom 'Christina' saying further 'I hope everything is good and normal. Come in and wash yourself first then change your clothes. I will give you something to dig in, since the launch is almost ready to serve.'
'Ahh! I forgot to tell you; your sister will come a bit late today since she is attending some important medical event or say exhibition in her collage. That's what she told me, so don't wait for her and come downstairs after changing.'
