Deciding which path to take, He started walking to the right. Moving at a slow pace. As he was moving, he noticed drawings on the walls. He never saw these markings before! After examining them he kept moving further. He heard water dripping up ahead. By now his fire started going out, and he ripped some more of his shirt to keep it going.
The pathway came to an opening! From what he can see, is water and further past the water" he saw a door" now why would a door be in a cave he thought. He looked down at the water " How deep could it be " he thought. Not knowing the depth of it he stepped in.
Moving slowly forward inch at a time. About half way in; He noticed the water moving beneath him. Something was in the water" looking in all directions trying to get a look at it. The thing was too fast to see! Still moving forward trying to get out.
He felt a sharp pain in his leg, as whatever it was in the water cut him. Moving faster and faster now. Not knowing what it was scared him. Findly making it to the other side of the water.
